Horrible chair, the jack doesn’t work properly, it goes up very high but doesn’t go down enough,the chair assembly is not even no matter how hard you try it goes one side. 👎 very unhappy with this chair . I had to buy a different one 🙄

My clients don’t complain if anything I have to wake them up after there hair is done…. My only issue is it doesn’t raise high enough other than that… Great and comfortable and comfortable styling chair for the price with good instructions

Very bad to assemble, after 2 months of use the chair is all soft, my client sitting and the arm fell and the screw does not firm enough, now the base that has already come assembled is swinging the chair

Waste of money. Very poor quality!. We bought this chair in December. We don't have a salon that is used regularly only 1-2x monthly. Well after the 4th time using the chair the bar to recline the chair broke. The metal just completely broke.

J bar will not go over the bolt they use for it to operate the recliner part of the chair the bolt or sleeve if you will is to large for the j hook so I can’t recline the chair by the hydraulic sleeve. So I have had to wire it forward so it can’t recline now very unhappy with there set up
