Have this over a year now. Got it for the Crest whitening strips (had to order from Amazon US). EU regulations only allows the strips to have a low quantity of peroxide whereas the US counterparts have a much higher quantity.I used the strips without the light (2 weeks, 30 mins each night) and the results shocked me.I then decided to try it with a blue light but not the crap ones that have the little button battery as they don't emit enough light to activate the peroxide. So I looked around and seen this light.With this light and the strips, 3 days worth of treatments gave the same result as 2 weeks without. It's a must and the results were unreal. I was a smoker for 20 years and I drink a lot of coffee & cola so my teeth were stained yellow. Now, they are pearly white and I owe it to both the combination of this light and the strips.Now, it will generate some heat in your mouth. This is just the chemical reaction from the peroxide but its a good medium to know its doing the trick.The light plugs into to phone and its so bright, it'll burn your retinas so I recommend not to turn it on until inside your gob.It's relatively comfortable and very soft to the bite. It's washable too (except the adapter for connecting to your phone but common sense tells you that anyway).Nice case for it and fittings for all phones.Came to recommend to a friend and seen no reviews even after a year since I purchased it surprisingly.A must have for teeth whitening. Don't waste your money on the little battery ones. Not the same effect.

Well made and the LEDS do produce bright U.V but it doesn't have much effect on the teeth brightness and causes the gums to bleed.

The product is supposed to offer home teeth whitening. And while there was possible a small improvement i would not say it was worth the time and effort, perhaps better results may be achieved when used with other forms of whitening too
