Great quality. Very non-stick. Easy clean up.
Perfectly level so they make great contact with my stove top. They have handled high heat searing of meat very well with clean up being as easy as wiping with a paper towel (though I used a soft sponge with soap afterwards anyway). Pretty lightweight so no stress on my old wrist joints.

My favorite pan for eggs
These pans work great with my eggs as long as we keep the heat to no higher than medium. Once you use too high of heat or burn something pretty bad, it never works quite the same (with regards to being non-stick)

Non stick.
I finally had to replace my original small skillet after 15 yrs. Not disappointed. I do hand wash. Seem as nice as the original.....let you know in another 15 years for sure
