Poor product and customer support Subject: Escalation of Complaint Regarding Defective Chair and Request for Immediate Resolution: under ticket ref # 492168 Dear Green Soul Team, I am writing to escalate my ongoing concern regarding the defective chair purchased from your company. Despite repeated complaints, the only action taken so far has been a video call inspection. Unfortunately, no ground support visit has been arranged to physically assess the issue. The chair in question is tilted towards one side, making it uncomfortable and unsafe for use. I fail to understand how a three-dimensional structural defect can be accurately diagnosed and resolved via a two-dimensional video call. In my opinion, such an assessment is inadequate and does not meet reasonable standards of customer care, especially when the product is under warranty. As a result of this defect, I have been unable to use the chair, and it has unfortunately caused me significant back pain. This is a serious concern affecting my health and daily functioning. I have been informed that your company does not have a policy for on-ground support in such cases. However, given the health risk and the warranty protection applicable to this product, I formally request either: Immediate rectification of the defect by a proper in-person inspection and repair, OR Replacement of the product with a new, defect-free unit. If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will be constrained to initiate proceedings through the appropriate consumer redressal forum, as I am well within my rights to seek legal remedy and ask for relevant compensation for defective products and deficient services I hope the company values customer trust and will resolve the matter at the earliest without requiring me to take further steps. I initially faced an issue with the chair, which was quite frustrating. However, the support team followed up properly and eventually resolved the issue by replacing the faulty part. The resolution process took longer than expected, but I appreciate their effort to address the problem. Overall, the product is decent and the customer support was helpful.

Chose this over blade and ghost, being 6’2” it’s the perfect choice for me :) Comfortbale and ergonomics are top notch.

The chair is really good. I especially love the multi lock system and it was the main reason I ordered this chair. I had gotten the wakefit chair before this but they had absolute nightmare of a customer service and delivered a used chair. This chair is quite comfortable and with the adjustable lumbar support and the shoulder pads. Assembly of the chair was also easy enough, it came with the handles attached. So had to only screw in the back and wheel base and headrest. Locking angles for me was the most important as I sit in a 120 degree angle. Locking mechanism and chair lift functions are smooth and easy to use. There is also a seat slider function which works smoothly but I dont use it so cannot comment more on that. Customer serivce was also prompt on reaching out after the delivery for confirmation and warranty related information.

Purchased on 26th June 2026. Chair is ok but head rest mesh is defective, so requested for replace through helpline but after several follow up today they confirmed the complaint is closed and defective part is non replaceable. Very poor service and miscommunication
