Handy in the car
I'm not a big 'chewer', but like a box of the usual brand name in the car to help combat the odd smelly breath moment but also as a bit of an anti fatigue weapon on long drives. I like caffeine bullets, so when they released the gum I thought I'd give it a go. I think its fair to say they are 'different', but not in a bad way. I LOVE the fact that they are biodegradable so I dont worry about swallowing. The mint taste is good, but it does fade quicker than normal gum and you're left with a subtle bitterness. I quite like that, so don't mind it, and these are only really intended as a 10 minute gum anyway. I have found them a great addition to my little car stash, and have been great for a little bump on long car journeys.

Itโs bitter but caffeine works
The caffeine works good and the minty is good but only for about 5 minutes before it becomes extremely bitter and I personally canโt chew that. After the bitter taste it also leaves quite a nasty after taste in your mouth. Itโs a nice easy chew but if you donโt mind bitter tasting things I would strongly not recommend!

Caffeine gum
Unfortunately not all the pieces are gum like some are very powdery

More natural than others on the market
I've used a few caffiene gums over the past few years as I don't drink coffee or tea and prefer to steer clear of the like of Coke and Monster. These ones fit the bill and the fact that the don't contain some of the more toxic components that others do makes them a preference over other for me.

Energy gum
Does not taste like chewing gum. Completing a crap when you chew them. They just disintegrate and do not really turn it into chewing gum then you just end up swallowing it cuz it's like a sweet

It's good. Try some
It does the trick, I'm thirty with two kids under 3 and play football twice a week. So I need the boost, and it's a convenient good price. The man also messages you when you order which is nice. They seem like they're trying to do a good thing. I've tried less eco friendly caffeine gum and this tastes better and gives the same kick.

Instant hit
I used Sustain Gum to power some early morning runs in Dartmoor. Looking to get out on my run quickly this was a great alternative to making a coffee pre run and didn't need to be digested like a standard energy gel or chew. It was an instant hit - I could feel the caffeine hit in no time at all and meant i could focus on hydrating with water. The consistency isn't quite your standard chewing gum, but i expected that as its all natural and compostable. Overall better than i expected and it will be becoming a standard part of my pre-training / pre-race routine

Good when fresh
Enjoyed the first three gums. Thereafter (within 3 months) every gum melted/disintegrated immediately after popping into mouth, causing me to spit and bin. Package was sealed tight, not sure what the issue is. Don't let this put you off purchasing, they do seem to be a good product. P.S. tried to send seller personal feedback rather than post publicly, but couldn't find an option to do so.

Most Effective for Sleep Inertia
I don't write reviews often but this warrants it. I'm no gymnast as some other reviewers are. I've been trying all different kinds of caffeine alternatives and gum brands to help with my very bad sleep inertia. I'm neurodivergent and have struggled with waking up my whole life and getting places on time. It's extremely hard for me to get out of bed (fighting through gives me a migraine) and of all the options on the market, this is the BEST one and I hope they never change this product. The natural ingredients help the gum break down quickly to get to the slightly bitter caffeine core so you don't waste time chewing for nothing. It tastes minty and then by the time you taste the bitter part it's going to kick in within minutes. For me the whole process from first chew to caffeine kick-in is about 5 minutes. I'm very sensitive to caffeine, L-Theanine, etc. so I love that this is only 50mg of only caffeine with nothing else combined. Many brands have L-Theanine in them which is a nice jitter/anxiety reducer if you're already awake but terrible for initial waking up and defeats the purpose because it can actually make you MORE tired and extend the sleep inertia! Speaking from experience on all of this. Most other brands are 100mg+ of caffeine which will keep me awake late at night even if taken at 6am, and then they're mixed with other ingredients that delay kick-in. I'm glad my search for the right caffeine gum is finally over. If for some reason you can't handle the bitter taste but still need it for the same purpose as me, Viter Energy Gum could work (60mg caffeine) but takes too long to break down and kick in for me with its ingredients/consistency, but it is less bitter and doesn't have the L-Theanine. I'm sticking with Sustain Gum for sure and got the multi-packs now. This is my #1 top caffeine recommendation for sleep inertia!!!

Delivers what is promised
So long as you are prepared for a shot term chew/flavour, this is an ideal bump for a caffeine boost. Natural enough taste

Should be able to give 10 stars!! Tastes Amazing and works Great
Was worried about the taste but honestly it tastes amazing and if you chew 2 pieces when you're crashing this hits hard and fast! Perfect for my painting business! I threw 3 packs in my paint bag to keep on hand and perk me up when I start to feel sluggish

Slightly odd taste because it is natural
This is great gum, but after the mint taste goes, there is a slightly bitter taste to the gum. I imagine this is just because it is natural and not synthetic. It is expensive for gum, but it's just enough of a hit with one or two pieces for me - rather than buying a coffee for $7+ each!

Works well, tastes good, long-lasting, purchased many times and will continue doing so
I enjoy this gum. I like the minty flavour and I like the longevity of that flavour. I also can verify that the caffeine boost is legit with two pieces. Use cases: โ long drives โ after lunch at work โ evening when you want a bit of a pick-me-up, but not a cup of coffee I only have a few "complaints" that are minor from my perspective, but others would maybe see these as more significant issues: 1. Re-sealing on the packaging is really bad haha! I've had several packs of this gum over the last year and I don't think I was able to use the "re-sealable" opening on a single one. I just fold the top over and call it a day. 2. Friends I've shared the gum with were really put off by the instant "crumbliness" of the gum. It all melds together after a few seconds of chewing, so I don't see this as a rational complaint. But I point it out as friends have told me they really don't like that initial bite. 3. The colouring of the gum is inconsistent. Again, it's going into your mouth to be chewed up and will rapidly become homogeneous in colour. I don't think this is a rational complaint. I've ordered this gum several times and will continue to do so!
