I purchased this 9-piece grip trainer kit to improve grip strength and hand endurance, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how complete it is. Instead of just one hand gripper, it includes multiple tools that target different muscles in the hands, fingers, wrists, and forearms, making workouts feel more balanced. The different resistance levels make it easy to start where you’re comfortable and gradually increase the challenge. I also like that everything is compact enough to keep at my desk or toss in a bag, so it’s easy to fit in a few minutes of training throughout the day. The materials feel sturdy, the silicone pieces have a good grip, and nothing has shown signs of tearing or losing resistance after regular use. Whether you’re working on grip strength for fitness, climbing, golf, tennis, or simply looking to improve hand endurance, this kit offers a lot of variety for the price. My only suggestion would be to include a small guide with sample workouts or a recommended progression, especially for beginners who aren’t sure which pieces to use first. Overall, this is a well-made, versatile kit that provides a great mix of strengthening and finger dexterity exercises. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable way to build hand and forearm strength.

Really like the variety for "progression". Helping with elderly person and another stroke victim. small, portable, and nothing to explain. Just squeeze. The finger grip thingys are rather weird.

The finger extension bands work well but the grip trainers, not as much. The 50/60lb grip trainer does not spring back well after being squeezed and seems to offer less resistance than the 30/40lb one. This would be a 3-Star product if I had paid more but I rated it 4-stars because of the value.

I injured my thumb/wrist on my right hand several years back. I’ve tried chiropractic on my wrist and thumb, and massage which both gave me temporary relief but I never regained my strength. Bought this set and my God, the relief is amazing. Of course it’s too soon to show improved strength but I’m sure I’ll finally regain it and fully recover! Squeezing the donut is so therapeutic. I’m a woman with small hands so the finger circles are a bit large yet still effective. I highly recommend this product, excellent quality I’m sure they’ll last a long time.

Fast support, helpful communication, and a company that stands behind what they sell.. Original post: I was not impressed with the FitBeast grip strength trainer kit. The grips felt stiff and rigid, which made them uncomfortable to use during workouts. The resistance did not feel smooth and the overall quality was not what I expected. Because of that, I decided to return the set. It might work for others, but it did not meet my expectations.

I’ve bought these twice. The first time, it was amazing. It feels durable and fills out your hand. The second time I bought it, they’ve noticeably reduced the size. It feels dense still but smaller and flimsier in my hand. It does still offer strong resistance but not as evenly spread out, which seems to make the recovery aspect weaker.

Got for my hubby who shattered his pinky finger at work and then our son broke his scaphoid on the left side and had to get a screw fixation and bone graft. Both used to rehab their hand following the breaks and after healing, and both are able to have a full range of motion and full recovery after the break. My husband actually was a pianist and can play piano again after shattering his pinky finger. Our son can also play all his Instruments after the surgery, from guitar and drums to piano and fiddle. Our son also is able to do all the art forms he enjoys as well and he is a left handed person who broke his left wrist! These devices work, use them from smaller to larger. They’ve been durable enough to last two people using them for rehab, and so they clearly are worth it. They are perfectly sized for small or large hands and have helped bring both from post-injury or surgery unable to use their hands to the grip strength they had previously. Very good design and works well.

I really liked the product and the manual as well there are many useful informations But the product was little bit dirty i had to clean it up
