I was skeptical since there are so many that do not make the actual scream sound. This one produces a terrifying scream. The harder you blow the more it sounds like a murder scream. The cool thing is you just blow, there is not humming or buzzing required. It is pretty sturdy and very easy to use. It is made of some ceramic material so it is not flimsy. My kids run in fear when I blow it. It has been a great tool to get them to pick up all their dang toys.

Bought for my hubby and he thinks it’s super cool! Has some weight to it and amazing quality!

This is a great item! Works really well! Unfortunately after using it the 2nd time to scare my wife I am no longer allowed to use it. She threatened to break it on my head if I did it again. Totally worth it. I will probably be buying another one

The “OW” Aztec Death Whistle is a blast! I bought this for my 28 year old son. He works in a warehouse which echos very loudly. He took his death whistle to work and scared everyone out of their wits! It has an ear piercing scream and the sound is soul disturbing. Depending on your style, it makes for a great home decor item sitting on a table or shelf. It is much tinier than it appears in the photo which wasn't a game changer either way. The only down side to this item is that in the wrong hands, such as mischievous kids, it could cause a lot of trouble. The whistle literally sounds like someone is being m***** That's no exaggeration. Do I recommend? Absolutely! Do I recommend to all people? Absolutely not!
