Best floor cleaner!!!!
I’ve been so impressed with the Shark Steam & Scrub Mop! It’s incredibly easy to use, and it cleans my floors much more thoroughly than a regular mop. It removes dirt and grime with very little effort, and my floors look and feel noticeably cleaner after every use. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy cleaning again because it’s so quick and satisfying. If you’re looking for a mop that makes floor cleaning easier and delivers great results, I highly recommend it!

Best thing since sliced bread!
My sister introduced me to this mop while visiting her a few months ago. I came home and had to buy it. It’s incredibly easy to use, very durable, and so lightweight. This mop has 3 speeds, so you can choose how deeply you want to scrub the floors... just a quick mop, a little faster crib, or a deep clean. It comes with 4 mop heads. The cord is long enough to stretch behind you a good distance so that I don’t have to track the floor to unplug it. My floors dry quickly and my white socks stay gleaming white thanks to this mop!

Great steam mop/scrubber for small space. Game changer.
Works well. Does what it says. I saw a lot of reviews saying it left swirly dirt marks but I think it’s honestly just getting old dirt up that I never could before, so it’s worth it to use this a couple of times for a deep clean, and then just use for maintenance. I’m excited to go over all my floors a few times with this and get them nice and clean. I rent and the floors have really needed a deep clean for a while now. It doesn’t really get corners or nooks/tight spaces very well, but I have baseboards I need to clean anyway so it’s not a big deal for me to get the corners on my own. I have a small place but the water reservoir held enough for me to go over my kitchen and bathroom once, and that was me going pretty slow and keeping the pads in one spot for a while to really scrub. I vacuumed first but it did catch some hair and things that the vacuum missed which was nice. I can easily wash the pads by hand which I prefer rather than putting them in the washing machine. Overall this is a great product for someone that has a small place and no room for a bucket to mop regularly. I’d probably use it if I had a larger house as well but the reservoir might have to be refilled pretty often on your first few cleans. It’s also probably not the hottest steamer out there, I have a handheld one that I think gets a bit hotter. This product is designed for emergency shut off so expect it to turn off if you try to maneuver it into a small space. Personally, it doesn’t bother me because I’d rather it have the safety features and heat control. I don’t think this product necessarily saves more time than using a scrub mop and some elbow grease for a “deep” clean, as you will probably have to go over your floor a few times with it. What I do appreciate about it however is it eliminates the hard work of scrubbing, which gets old fast. Just keep in mind it doesn’t scrub harder than you probably can by hand. I can definitely scrub harder by hand.

Speed and cleanliness. It does what it says.
I’ve used several floor cleaners over the years, from traditional mops to more expensive electric scrubbers, but this Shark Steam Mop is the most efficient solution I’ve found for a busy household. I have mainly wood flooring and ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. The Standouts: • Speed: It actually heats up in about 30 seconds. When you’re trying to knock out the kitchen and entryway before a meeting, that speed is invaluable. • Simple Operation: There are no complicated settings or chemicals to mix. You just add water, and the natural "pump action" as you mop regulates the steam. It’s remarkably intuitive. • The Finish: Unlike traditional mopping, there is zero sticky residue left behind. It’s especially effective on tile and sealed hardwoods, leaving a streak-free shine that dries almost instantly. • Ease of Maintenance: The microfiber pads are heavy-duty and hold a surprising amount of dirt. Once I’m finished, I just toss them in the washing machine. Things to Note: • Water Tank: It’s a decent size, but if you’re doing a very large area (over 1,500 sq. ft.), you’ll likely need one refill. • Cord Length: The 18-foot cord is generous, but in a large open-concept room, you might find yourself switching outlets once. Final Verdict: If you’re looking to ditch the bucket and the harsh chemical smells, this is a great investment. It’s lightweight enough that it doesn’t feel like a workout, but powerful enough to handle real grime.

Worth The Buy!
This thing is AMAZING!!!! WAY more convenient than a mop and bucket, quiet, light, simple to use! Can’t say enough about this thing! Got rid of my mops! Scrubs and shines the floors very well. The heat easily removes stains and stubborn spots. Only complaint is the water container is small. You’ll have to refill if you’re doing a large room. But it detaches easily, quickly, refill in seconds, you’re out the pit and back in the race in seconds 🤣😂

I love mopping now!
I would buy this again. In fact I have! I bought one for an elderly family member who was having a hard time pushing a mop back and forth (along with all the other daily chores in life). And this made a "daunting" task much easier. After seeing how much he loved it and how it just made moping so effortless, I got one for myself, not that I needed it but I liked how it made me excited about mopping. Ahh it's the little things! It gives a nice deep clean without all the manual labor. Its so easy to manuver I can hold it with a finger and it does the work for me. Just point and it goes. (Now I dont do that the entire time I'm using it, but you get the point.) It uses distilled water which is normal for steam machines and I can do an entire room on level three with a full tank or do three rooms on level one, more or less. The cord length is generous. I like that it has lights in the lower front to help show the dirt and that the lights are easy on the eyes because they're not in your direct line of sight. That was smart and great for light sensitive people. I like that im using less chemicals in my house to clean since its just steam, but it works so well to get up stuff a vacuum can't. Because it's steam it takes a little while to dry the floors so I plan my route to where I'm ending at a couch or another room that I don't need to do so I can hang out and do things like amazon reviews while it dries. And there will be swirl marks as you mop but they go away once it dries. I'm planning on getting another set of the washable pads so I can separate kitchen, bath, living room etc. It seems to be well made. It's definitely worth the money spent. It's a perfect gift for an elderly person, anyone who needs to take it easy on their body or anyone who wants to deep clean with ease. I bet the kids would even start mopping with this thing. I'd say it's totally worth it. Give yourself a break and get it, or even gift it.

I don’t dread cleaning my floors anymore!
This steam mop is worth every single penny. It heats up very quickly and makes cleaning my hard floors so much easier than using a traditional mop and bucket. It does a fantastic job of cutting through grime, and my floors feel actually clean, not just wet. It has three settings, depending on how hard you need it to clean. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the pads are a breeze to toss in the washer. A total game-changer for my cleaning routine! I’ve been using it for a while now and I can’t recommend it enough.

Know its limitations and its ok.
I've got 2900 ft2 of tile floor. This thing does a pretty good job for what it does - it runs a cleaning pad over the tile with a steam assist. That's all it does. It does not pick up anything that does not dissolve in water. It does not suck up the water it leaves behind - the tile is lightly wetted as I use it - wear clean non-slip footwear. The water on the floor evaporates quickly in the winter (I don't have a humidifier.) Not sure if that will troublesome on a humid summer day. It is also advisable to use distilled water. I'd not recommend using any cleaning products with this - can't think of any I'd feel comfortable heating to that temperature, though I'm sure there are some - and if you do there is no rinse cycle. It obviously does not pick up solids. Minor annoyance department - the LEDs on the front do not provide a sufficient or even light field. Mine have a bit of a yellow tinge to them - not ideal for cleaning. I'd recommend using a funnel and filling the reservoir in place. The valve between the reservoir and the cleaner is an obvious eventual failure point. Within its limits I'm finding it a nice tool. Finally, I wish it had a baseboard cleaner.

Don't buy it
What a scam. I bought the steamer and it wasn't working properly. It was shutting off every 5 minutes. When I was trying to return i hand to pay for shipping to send it back. What a BS.

Excellent Equipment
Shark Steam & Scub is a good bit of equipment. Only criticism is that it had an American plug on it and should have come with a USA to UK adapter.

Brakes easily
This is my second one of these and won’t be buying a third!! Great when it’s not broken however The spinning function stopped working 1 day after 3 months of having it, so can’t return it! Very annoying and such a waste of money.
