I absolutely love this vibration plate! It has become part of my daily wellness routine, and I've noticed a big difference in how I feel after using it consistently. 10/10 I’ve been thinking about purchasing a plate for a while now I’ve used them on and off with horses over the years but never owned one personally. I ran through the auto settings on the first run and I’m super impressed my body feels relaxed for the first time in a long time after use. I can’t wait to have this part of my regular daily routine. This was easy to use and much lighter than I expected it to be. Speed settings have a good variety. Overall impressed with the quality. Good balance is required, there were a few times I leaned a little too far. Overall one use great for pain relief. Would buy and recommend

Really like this Vibration Plate by Merach. The reason for 4 stars. 3 minor issues. 1.. The cord is short to plug in. I have to use it by the wall. 2. I had issues with my remote. I mean I could not for the life of me open it. My husband tried and he too had issues. I had to use a sharp razor knife all around the opening edge to pry it open still it wouldn't budge It will turn on and go into 1 DEMO automatic if you like but thats it. My remote I think was not cut correctly from manufactory. I m sure it doesn't happen often. 3. Somehow eer time I clicked the remote as I had my tv series on pause. it fast forwarded each time i clicked the remote. How funny. Other than that it works great. Feels good to all our muscles and bones. Nice way to wake up to and end the day. My grandchildren loved it too. Wonderful vibration plate, just wished it had longer extention.

Completely addicting, I've been using mine for about a week or more and it's holding up well. Always perfect power, the levels allow for adjustment (my preferred levels are 5 - 9) and I'm finding more ways of exercising with the plate. What I love the most is just standing on it while adjusting the vibes - it seems to take away any aches and pains that develop over time. Sort of like the process of "rolfing", manipulating the joints to loosen up the fascia and relax the aches. The size is good considering I can push it towards the wall when not in use, but it isn't too heavy to tote to other rooms so I don't disturb anyone else in the house. The pad is okay on my feet since I usually wear socks or shoes, but when I'm balanced in a plank position with my hands or forearms on the pad, I use a towel on the plate so that's it's more comfortable. Overall very easy to use, easy to clean, the only drawback is how loud the initial "voice" is when I turn it on. The animals run from the room but I think they're getting used to it (they return after it gets going).

Been using daily both my wife and I. It does seem to loosen my lower back after a walk. not sure about all the other benefits claimed but it does work.

This vibration plate works well and is pretty wide and stable. has suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place. The device support my 250# frame well, but when i am on it the device does not seem to have much difference at all in the different speed settings. perhaps due to my weight. I did not use the instruction at all, as the remoted and the device was very easy to use. The platform is very strong and hold to my shoes very well. The workout seems fairly good as I can feel a bit of difference in my legs after the workout. Over all I would say the device does what it is designed to do and that is to shake you about and help increase the blood flow in your lower limbs and hips region. I do feel better on the days after I use the device. My favorite thing about the device is I can set it to auto and step up onto it and step side to side and it will start automatically. I do not give it 5 stars as it does not have enough variation in the speed of the shake from 1-10 and not much difference and the fact that the rubber surface has already started turning loos after the first 2 weeks.

I just got mine and used it a few times already and can feel a difference. I have thyroid issues that just battle against me steady and this machine is truly helping. So far I love it. Its quiet and easy to us. I highly recommend it

I purchased this vibration plate to help manage lymphedema. With so many options on the market, I did quite a bit of research before choosing this model. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is, especially given how powerful it feels. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but even after just 10 minutes, I notice that I feel better afterward. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
