This socks grip really well and are very lightweight so are nice in the summer time if you don't want to go barefoot. While they won't protect the bottom of your foot from rough surfaces, they help balance and stability. I was very impressed at how well they fit my size 11 (narrow) foot with a high arch. The socks offer enough stretch that they don't feel confining. I've used them for several months and they've maintained their grip capability with a slight tacky feeling and I see no signs of wear. The color is also lasting with no noticed discoloration. If you're looking for a pair of gripping, lightweight socks, give these a try.

They work but they are a little tight in the top of my feet. I have other brands that I prefer. I ordered these because I got a three pack and wanted a variety of colors but I use the other ones more often for my yoga and Pilates classes. They are comfortable except for the straps. Good quality too. The traction works better for Pilates than yoga I think personally.

These are the cutest Pilates socks EVER and the grip is amazing.
