Clear instructions and easy to put together
Nice quality. Very clear instructions. All parts labeled and easy to identify. Took about an hour or so to put together, perfect size for my 2 adult cats

Free to move about the cabin.
Love the catio! Our last cat perished via 2 coyotes, so a catio is now required. Our new full grown cat is size small only 7.5 lbs, but I think it is suitable for one in a medium size.I'm a 69 y.o. female and put this together in 3 hours with a helper. The packed carton weighed 60 lbs, so the unpacking was done the day before. Packing was efficient and secure. The instructions aren't bad and the drawings are pretty good, but here are some pointers. I used an electric drill with drill bits (a tiny bit to make some pilot holes) and Philips head screw bits (a medium and a small size). All parts were lined up in order around the work ares. All hardware bags were lined up in order on a small table.Step 3:Parts 2, 3 and 4 (walls) have an inside 'lip' to support the floor. Be sure to position the 'lip' at the bottom of the 3 walls. The shelf will be positioned correctly, too.Step 5:The ends of Parts 6 tend to split when the casters are screwed in place. Either pre-drill small pilot holes or maybe put the caster plates on at a slight angle instead of squaring them up.Between Steps 7 and 8:If not already completed, review Step 1 and, if necessary, bolt Parts 10 (shelf supports) to Part 14.Step 11:For the small house, Position Parts 7 and 11 so that the screw holes are at the bottom and screw them to the shelf.Step 12:For Part 9 (the small house roof), there are screw holes in the roof, but none on the tops of the walls, which shouldn't pose a problem.Step 14:Advice for applying Hardware Parts K (4 latch sets). For working comfort, lay the two hutches on their back walls with the hinged doors facing upwards. For me, the door positions did not change, but work gently since the doors aren't well supported when pressing down on them. Position each latch pair and mark all latch screw holes with a pencil. Pre-drill pilot holes with a tiny drill bit. Then screw on latches.Step 15:Use the leftover metal spacer from Hardware Part J with Part 22 (sisal ball) to make a more secure attachment. First thread the ball's rope up through the shelf hole. Then thread the rope through the spacer and tie a knot.

10/10 Our Cats Are Obsessed with It
Really worth the price if you are looking for a sturdy, easy to assemble cat (or other small critter that jumps) enclosure. The item shipped quickly and arrived on time and the wood platforms smell absolutely amazing. I was kind of expecting a paint smell, but the nice wood smell was a pleasant surprise and it even drew my cats over to investigate immediately. The instructions are easy to follow and you are provided with enough screws (+1 extra of each) to build it. See video for a tip on how to install the door locks- instructions were not super informative for just this portion of the installation process. I definitely recommend having a second person to help assemble as you will have to flip the bottom half over once it is built to put the wheels on and also to lift the top portion & roof into position so it can be screwed together. Overall, it was very simple, just make sure to pay attention to what direction the panels will face before screwing things together. The wheels seem effective despite the weight of the enclosure once fully built; I am not particularly strong, but I am able to lift up the sides on my own to run our coverโs straps under the wheels to secure it when storing as well. We put this on our apartment patio and the wheels havenโt had any issue rolling across the wood panels either direction. Unsure how the wheels would move over dirt or less even surfaces, but I will edit to add if this ever comes up for us. The doors also swing wide open, so if you need to clean the inside, it would be super easy.Overall, my cats love it and it sits perfectly in front of our patio door. I included pictures to show how we decorated it and how we set it up for anyone looking for a cat hack for rentals without sliding doors (just make sure you get a screen kit to keep bugs out and highly recommend a cover for when the weather outside is bad if not being stored inside).

Awesome Cat House and great customer service
My cat loves it, and so do I. It is so spacious, so bug i can fit an automatic litter box on the bottom half and the top fits a large cat bed. Worth the money, it came a little damaged on the roof part, who ever handled the shipping did not take care of the box and it came opened on one side. I spoke to their customer service and they were super nice and gave me a credit for it. Definitely recommend it.

Good critter condo
I bought this to keep my cat safe from being bullied by my other cats. It was an easy build with good instructions, and all parts/pieces included. I am using it indoors but it's suitable for outside. My only negative is the wood. They could have used a better grade. I'm not sure it would last very long outside.

Stylish, sturdy and portable
My cats love this two level catio. Itโs a nice size for 2 cats and the look is very stylish. Iโve used cat tents before but wanted something more sturdy for safety and to use in slightly windy conditions. I like not having to set up a tent every time and take it down. Easy to open doors, I just put them in, no set up like the tent. The materials are a little flimsy and wood chips easily. Itโs recommended to coat with a wood protector and I will be doing that right away. This will be stored outside so I will put a tarp over it for extra protection from the elements. When snowing Iโll probably bring it in the garage to keep it from ruining. The assembly wasnโt too difficult. I did it mostly by myself but needed an extra person to lift the top part and put it on the bottom part and also to hold the shelves steady and put some screws in. Definitely read through all the instructions a few times before doing anything and get familiar with all the pieces. I had to double check myself several times to avoid putting a piece in wrong. Took me several hours but it was enjoyable, especially being able to use an electric drill.Hopefully it will hold up for long time. My cats weigh 13 pounds and 7 pounds. The natural wood floors and shelve boards are thin, I can see them bend a little with their weight. Weโll see. So far Iโm pleased with this purchase. For the price itโs a good value.

Process went well
I put this together in about an hour with my son. Instructions were clear, all parts were well labeled, the process went better than I expected. A power driver makes things go faster but a plain screw driver works fine. If I needed another, I would buy this again. Arrived on time, and was packed well.

Must Have For Your Beloved Feline
Very pleased overall with the catio. We had an issue with the roof panel being damaged upon arrival. The seller was quick and responsive in resolving the issue and we are satisfied with their resolution. It took two people, myself and my husband, approximately 90 minutes to put it together. Instructions were easy to read and items were nicely labeled. It helped that all panels were numbered for easy identification. We used a cordless drill, hand Phillips screwdriver and wrench for tools. We were careful when applying pressure with tools as to not split the wood since it is fairly thin.No strong smells were noted from the wood other than a pleasant smell from the cedar floor boards.Wheel casters roll easily and are convenient when wheeling from one space to another. The catio doors open widely which is a a great function if you need to reach into it.My cat enjoys spending time outside in the catio getting fresh air and observing all the birds and lizards from a safe space for all creatures.I highly recommend for all cats especially those indoors as it gives them an opportunity to experience the outdoor safely.

Cats can now be outside safely
Good product for the price. The size is just right and the cost was fair. It's not the most heavy duty, boards are thin soft wood, but it holds up our big 15 pound boy and his 8 pound sister no problem. The roof is a big slab of asphalt. The assembly was easy enough, the big panels are all preassembled, so you just need to put them all together, add the shelves, box and roof. It took us about 2 hours. It does smell strong, which we believe is the stain used on it. But the smell was pretty much gone the next day. We added some carpet for them to claw because they love that. And its also more comfortable to lay on. Overall 5 stars because i didn't expect a super heavy duty product for the price range, and what is provided is more than enough. We'll see if it stands the test of time with sun and rain this summer. It's the cats 2nd time in it. Our little girl isn't sure yet, but our big boy seems very pleased. Putting them in together seems to be giving our little girl more confidence.

Love this catio!
Amazing catio! My Persian and Abyssinian love it! Good size and easy to assemble

Bigger than I thought.
Much larger than I imagined it would be. It was really easy to build. It took me about 20 minutes to put together. I ended up adding locks to the cat doors because my cats are escape artists and would eventually figure out how to lift them and get out. They love being outside.

Generally good product
The catio was easy to put together. I was able to do it without help. The cats are getting used to it. The boards are very thin and I plan on replacing them when they warp. I put a protector on it to help it last longer.

Awesome Catio
A perfect catio. I rotate my three cats in it daily. It fits 2 cats at a time perfectly. It took them a few times in it but now they love to go out for an hour or so at a time frequently during the day. I will be bringing it inside in the winter so I can make it last longer and I didnโt attach the top and bottom together as it is easier to transport that way.
