For red wines, the best approach is to experiment between 14 to 18 degrees, although any cooling when room temperature rises above 22 improves the experience. Cooling can take a while, but is splendid for white wine and sparkling, as from the fridge these are too cold, but the Cobolance can be set to lightly chill (around 8 to 10) degrees, which is great for enjoying these wines and rosé. Customer service is excellent, too.
