Good size and keeps cool like advertised, Would have been a 5 star review BUT I noticed the day after using it that the gray tank top I was wearing while using with it now has pink-tinted spots where the cloth was touching :\ Red dye ran onto my shirtUpdate: washed shirt and red stain still visible :(

THESE ARE AWESOME!!!! I just started exercising again after a long illness that left me weak. I got overheated SOOO fast and it would turn into heat exhaustion quickly. I was given wet wash clothes but they were too small so I looked for an alternative and found these. I'm sure others have known about these for years but me, nope. I wet these at the beginning of my workout - wring most water out and snap them a few times (gentle wave motion is what I've been doing) and they get nearly ICE COLD. Totally cool. Once I get on the treadmill 20 mins after my warm ups, I snap again as they absorb sweat and body heat and I need to snap them after 15-18 mins on the treadmill. Every time they go back to ICE COLD. I've been able to snap them back to cold for over 2 hours before it feels like I need to add more water. Keeps me cool on the neck while leaving tails to wipe my face. The ends tuck easily into the straps of my Fabletics top when not needed.The carry case is useful but larger than I was expecting at about 6" by 5" so I'm not using it but others may find it perfect.

I bought two of these cooling towels for my husband and myself who are 'gym rats'. The towels are light weight and absorbent. The length is long enough that you can tie these around your head to keep the sweat out of your eyes or just hang them around your neck for use as needed. When I wash these I do wash them on a gentle cycle with all of our exercise wear and hang them to dry. My feeling is that the gentle cycle and hang drying makes your exercise gear last last longer. Just a thought.

This is an excellent cooling towel. I purchased this towel for a trip to Arches National Park in Utah. It performed perfectly. The temp was 93 degrees with no shade in sight. I tied it around my neck for a 4 mile hike with a 500 foot elevation change. 4 hours later it was still wet and still cooling me. I could not have completed the hike without it. I am in my 50s and I get hot flashes. This helped to cool me down and regulate my body temp. If you're on the fence about this product, don't hesitate. It's well worth the cost.On a side note, I purchased two of these towels and only one was sent with the resealable pouch. I contacted the seller and they sent out an additional towel and pouch at no additional cost to me. Unfortunately, the pouch was torn so I can't use that pouch either. I wanted the pouch for storing the wet towel in my backpack until I needed it. At least I have one useable pouch and three towels for the price of two!

This towel does a good job at staying cool, especially after snapping it. I purchased to help with hot flashes on top of 100 degree heat this summer and worked very well. I took a star because difficult to wring out enough, and often resulted in wet clothes. Used it mainly wrapped around my neck, and sometimes placed on my head menopause is not pretty, so don't judge, lol!)

This is nice and long, stays cool a long time. I gave it a 3 star because it smells really bad and the color blead out for 3 hand washes. Along with the smell, it took 3-4 hand washes to get rid of the smell.

They claimed the size was 40X12. What I received was 36X12 "Lsoua Super Absorbent Cooling Towel for Instant Relief - 40"12" " They claimed and effectiveness of "gives the skin a chilly feel that could last up to several hours" Not what I found in using it the chilly feel for me was gone in a few minutes.

As described and identical to unknown brand towel I love to use on hot days or when laying down to bed on a hot evening. Included pouch is a nice addition for travel, keeping towel clean in a dirty vehicle or backpack..
