Don't be a TOOL, just buy it already.
Thinned it with the cheap stuff you're not supposed to use, so I could spray it with a cheap 20 year old sprayer. Although; I wasn't worried about how it looked, it looked pretty good and layered nicely. I liked this and am really looking forward to my next project. Surprisingly; the color is really appealing.

Great product
Making my first composite mold for carbon fiber infusion. This stuff worked great. I called the supplier and they said it needs 2-3 hours before applying fiberglass to the top. I found it was mostly dry in 1.5hours and had good results.

Worked well
I painted by brush 2 coat's onto my waxed seat pan. It dried very hard. I’ll use it again.

Overpriced
I cannot comment on the quality, from the reviews I am sure it is of good quality. However, the cost of this gelcoat however this is extremely overpriced. This is my fault but I thought I was ordering a gallon (probably due to the pictures and not reading the description carefully enough) and when arrived I saw it was a pint. You can typically order gelcoat for around 80 to 90 dollars for a gallon with hardener ( 8 pints in a gallon). At this rate a gallon would cost approx. 240 dollars. I suggest looking around personally

Sprays great
Best spraying gel coat out there. Better than anything Composit one sells.

Mix it hot
I mixed it with 10 drops catalyst per oz the first time and it took hours to gel and a few days to set in 75F. I started doing about 15 -18 drops per oz and it actually started setting as it should and I like this stuff. Play with it before you use it, I’m glad I did. And my god this stuff has a very strong smell to it. It smells exactly like bondo to me, I like that smell but this is overwhelmingly strong honestly. Great product over all. If it doesn’t smell like it’s gonna kill you or probably isn’t the good s**t

Tooling gel coat is great for making fiberglass molds!
Works great, they even sent mekp catalyst with it...2oz is plenty for a gallon of gel coat. Works good for coating plugs also

Works well
Works pretty well. The finish is nice and can be as flexible or stiff as much as you want. It spreads pretty well so this size should be enough for most projects.
