White chocolate good

It’s a little too sweet, yet it works for those white chocolate macadamia cookies or just to snack on.Simply to curb the craving, it’s a tad too sweet for me. The last order was good and got ruined by the suns heat, so I haven’t got except this order. A little more expensive than I like to pay for white chocolate yet this one is not as sweet as what grocery stores sell. Recommend except buy more than a pound. For cookies buy at least two pounds.

Not the best flavor. A bit dull flavor. I know white chocolate doesn’t have a strong flavor, but this seems weaker than normal. I’ll use it for strongly flavored cakes & such as an edible decoration.

I love it !!! grew up on chunk chocolate by the LB you get in stores through glass windows the old candy store . well this is top grade eat out of the bag have a sharp knife ready mine came in was about 6"x2"x3" and cut it up into small suck on chunks that just melt in your mouth every second you get the taste of butter milk not some corn syrup sweetener /They say is for cooking I have yet to save enough to get their, so I just reordered 2 lbs instead of one with a lb dark chocolate as well . I had the "real milk ' regular version as well . was much better then any other chocolate I had in years from mass retailers, even the top names with "real coca butter" .only downside is the shipping cost but if your prime member and been for yrs ,you know prime is more money then non prime /same products . I own mail order store with out any doubt you pay for shipping in the products price or added extra . My shipments always came in USPS priority mail and although not cheap is here in few days not melted paid for standard shipping and only a buck more then it cost so not bad .I just ordered 2lbs of white and 1lb dark total 37 in change for the best chocolate. If eating sweets was a sin then take me to hell since this is where I want to be . get it will not be disappointed , my fav is the White and never had better

Good baking chocolate at a fair price

We use this chocolate for christmas candy every year. Great flavor.

Got the white chocolate, but it had this weird taste/after taste. Not sure what was it was, but tasted kind of chemically. Only some small parts tasted ok. Stopped eating it in case it was something bad. Seller said they would send me some more on the house so we'll see how the new batch taste, whenever, I receive it. I'll give an update at that time.Update 4/7/18 - the 2nd half wrapped piece that I was going to return tasted ok with no weird after taste, but not that creamy white chocolate I had when I was a kid. Still looking.. Never received the new batch from the seller, but may not buy from this seller again as kind of think someone put something on the first wrapped half of my order.

I got a pound of milk, pound of dark and two pounds of white, the white is excellent and it's branded Callebaut. The milk was crystallized and bloomed. The dark was bloomed in layers so both fairly old and must have been stored in an uneven environment.
