Original Review Feb 2014Mat is thinner than expected but does have a good non slip base. Seems to be keeping a lot of the wet doggy prints from the rest of the house, which is the purpose of the mat - also really does absorb moisture. Sheds quite a bit of fluff, but hopefully that will stop soon. Good for muddy/wet wellies too.Review May 2014Above is my original review. I can now add that this mat has not worn well and will shortly need to be replaced, having been used for only 3 months. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. It is still shedding fluff - perhaps that is why it has worn so badly! Also grips dog hairs - even after vacuuming and washing this mat, I've had to cut the dog hairs off - only way to get rid of them. What a waste of money! I will be replacing this mat which cost over £30.00 with a William Armes Ios Brown Rug, 100 x 67 cm Price £13.39. I have had one of those at another doorway for over a year and it is still in good condition.

Again brilliant
Had this mat before, had one for years by the kitchen door and its just fab. Absorbs all the dirt and mud, rarely needs washing but when it does it quick and easy to pop in the washing machine. Just bought another for the front door. This one is bigger than the average door mat so there is room for us to get in the door and still be on the mat as it is wider than the door.

Rainy day mat
Maybe my expectations were too high as this mat is quite pricey. My dog is in and out of the garden a lot and unless i catch him and wipe his muddy feet on the mat, just him passing over it on his way in is not enough to catch much of the mud and water. Better than an ordinary mat but not entirely worth the price.

Great door mat does the job it was bought for and a perfect fit and doesn't slip round the floor. Slight problem with the courier delivery but the seller was quick to sort could not ask for better service from him. Will buy again

Bought this rug quite a while back and its been trodden on, washed and vacuumed umpteen times and still looks new!
