Best Zinc Pincolate tablets in the market... highly absorbable only that 30mg is much too much for me, so I break the tablet in a quarter pieces with a tablet cutter and take a piece a day!!! It works!!

Good product .. it didn’t caused any stomach problem and also if you hitting gym than you should buy it …

Label is quite misleading. They wrote 30mg zinc picolinate per serving in big bold letters and 2 tablets per serve in smaller letters that too at back side of the bottle.

I've noticed it aids sleep, is an insurance against unease during weather changes and the rest gets me back on my feet post-exercise soon enough.

Dubious quality and ingredients. Please do your research before buying such supplements. I’m throwing away the remaining pills just to be safe. I tried looking up the manufacturer and it seems like a low quality 3rd party manufacturer.

وجود مواد كيميائية ضارة وضرر صحي. • وجود البارابين (Harmful Preservatives): يحتوي المنتج على مواد حافظة كيميائية هي "ميثيل بارابين" و"بروبيل بارابين". هذه المواد تُعتبر غير آمنة في المكملات الغذائية عالية الجودة وتسببت لي في تهيج شديد في جدار المعدة وغثيان مستمر فور تناولها. • تضليل في الجرعة (Elemental Zinc vs Compound): الملصق يذكر "30 ملجم بيكولينات الزنك" دون توضيح كمية "الزنك الصافي" (Elemental Zinc). هذا التعتيم يجعل المنتج غير دقيق طبياً وغير فعال للغرض المطلوب. • أخطاء في التصنيع والرقابة (Labeling Errors): توجد أخطاء مطبعية واضحة في قائمة المكونات (تكرار اسم المادة الفعالة مرتين في خانة المكونات الأخرى)، مما يشير إلى غياب الرقابة على الجودة (Quality Control) في المعامل المنتجة، وهذا يثير الشكوك حول سلامة المنتج للاستهلاك البشري
