I had a problem with my puppy eating gobs of food at a time, so a friend recommended an insert like this. It's better than I expected, the suction is tremendous, and it's very easy to clean - I simply fill the stainless bowl with hot water and place the insert upside down and let it soak while his food is being prepped. It forces my dog to eat smaller amounts at a time, and it doesn't distract him from the food, seems very durable; very happy with it.

The quality is great and the sizing was accurate that it fits my small bowl! This is great for all pets whether they are fast eaters or not. I have a senior dog that doesn’t eat fast but its used more as a precaution to avoid choking or if he begins to eat fast. Its also very easy to clean you can just remove it easily from the bowl and wash it. The suctions at the bottom are also great and allows for the insert to NOT move as your dog eats. Slow feeders are great in the sense that your dogs can find eating more stimulating because they have to eat around it!

Works well dog has to actually think to get the food so it slows him down quite a bit. Only problem is it was a bit smaller than I realized when I bought it. Though it was plastic it’s actually flexible silicon material.

Works very well. I love the suction cups and that it fits perfectly in his bowl. I did trim down the height of the spirals, they were a little tall for a Frenchie puppy. Ordered a second one so I didn't have to wash this one every meal. Great product.

I got the small to fit inside an automatic cat feeder. I was shocked at how smallIt really was when I opened the package, but it did fit inside the automatic feeder (which has a bowl attached and you can’t change it out). The suction cups stick well at first, and my cat was forced to work her way around it and slow down, which is the point. But it also comes unattached often enough and ends up outside of the bowl. It works when it works, so it’s worth getting to get your pet to slow down their eating patterns. Just know you will need to be attentive to make sure it gets reattached when needed.

The media could not be loaded. I enjoyed this slow feeder for my cats. It’s got a suction cup base which I liked so I could continue to use the same bowls I had in their automatic feeder. It’s easy to remove and clean. The sides are a little deep so it’s been a little hard for my cat to get at his food, but I suppose that’s the point 😂

I bought this to help my cat with regurgitation and fast eating, however, it was more of a hassle than a solution. It had a decent suction, however my cat did not like this. My cat would pull at it with her teeth to get the suction cups to release from the bowl because it made it too hard to eat wet or dry food. Additionally, wet food would get stuck under the insert, making it impossible for my cat to finish her food. It added extra work for me because I would have to take the food that was stuck under the insert and place it back on top so that my cat could finish her food.When she would pull it out of the bowl, all of the wet food would splatter on the floor, making a mess for me to clean up. I tried to cut the insert down with scissors to make the ridges a lower height and that did not work either. I had to eventually throw it out because it was causing a headache for me and my cat.

My dog eats her food SO FAST! So purchasing this was a no-brainer. It's helped her slow down her eating and it doesn't move off the plate at all! Definitely recommend.

Apenas es la primera semana con el producto, y cumplió el cometido a la perfección con mi cachorra Pastor Australiano de 3 meses, que solía devorarse su plato en menos de un minuto, al punto que vomitaba algunas veces, ahora tarda 10 minutos. Tiene muy buena fijación al plato de acero inoxidable (diámetro del fondo de 7 pulgadas). No es para gente perezosa, ya que debe de ser lavado con frecuencia para evitar suciedad por debajo por lo menos dos veces a la semana si sólo se le da alimento seco a la mascota, o lavarlo de inmediato luego de darle alimento húmedo. Otra ventaja es que la forma que tiene la hace más facil de lavar a mano, ya que no hay espacios muy pequeños o esquinas donde pueda quedar atrapada la mugre.

Cumple mis expectativas, quedo justo a la medida del plato de mi perrito, no se despega a la hora que está comiendo.Muy buen producto.
