Excellent set of cupping devices. Appreciate all the different sizes available. Directions may be helpful for someone who hasn't worked with them before. An O/T specialist had shown me how to use them prior to my buying then, so I knew what to expect Overall, a good product, & reasonably priced

I recently had knee surgery that left me with a pretty thick scar. When I went for physical therapy, it was suggested that I buy a cupping set to use on my scar to get more blood flow to the area. I have used the largest 2 cups in the set with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter to suction and drag across the scar in different directions and I definitely see an improvement! The suction that these things have is unreal; it is very easy to bruise an area if you aren’t careful. To use them I rub the cocoa butter on the scar first, and then I pinch the air out of the cup and place on the area of skin. If too much skin is suctioned up into the cup, you just pinch again. When you have it perfectly suctioned, you can start dragging. Make SURE to use some type of lotion or balm if you are dragging these cups across your skin! I honestly feel like this set is just as good as the set at the physical therapy clinic that they paid hundreds of dollars for.

These work great. I wish it came with a second one of the largest size. Also, the bag it comes in is very cheaply made. It came apart in the wash

I suffer from chronic pain in my shoulder as well as my back/hips/thighs. I got cupping at an acupuncturist and when I said that I wished I could do cupping at home, she mentioned silicone cups. Obviously silicone isn't as strong as glass, but guess what, they still work PERFECTLY *and* don't leave as bad a hickey. When I put a cup over one of the areas where I have chronic nerve/muscle pain, almost always the discomfort is lessened or temporarily eliminated. It's basically a miracle. I don't have enough money to see a professional as often as my body needs to, so this is a fantastic alternative. Example of my use: I sometimes have radiating pain from my lower back down to my thighs. These cups will never heal my lumbar facet syndrome (my spine is collapsing, yay!), but they definitely ease the secondary symptoms caused by my failing body, which honestly is all I can ask for. I put the cups on specific areas and instantly I feel relief, and often the relief lasts. Don't leave these on for more than a few minutes or you can develop painful 'bruises' or even blisters.

I purchased these at the advice of my hand therapist to use with cream to help evacuate swelling in my left arm and hand after a traumatic injury. This was a great decision and they have helped me get a lot of the swelling out of my extremity and I couldn’t be happier.

I work in Physical Therapy. We use these daily with patients. So I got this set to have at home. Anytime we have any kind of injury, swelling, pain we use these! Easy to use, great quality and you can’t beat the price! If you’re considering getting them…do it!!!!

These are great! My PT recommended and the relief from the knots in my back is amazing!

Love these for self care... on customers they tend to fall off and don't have enough suction like my manual kit.
