I looked a MILLION lounge chairs before I chose these. They were so easy to assemble - they came mostly put together. My husband and I put both together in under an hour (that includes breaking down the boxes and clean up). I have received so many compliments on these! I love that they have wheels and are easy to move and the fact that they lay down flat makes them perfect for getting some sun. The slide out shelves are a nice feature and they can slide out on both sides to accommodate my constant moving the furniture around. My only gripe is that the pads have faded significantly in the 2 months I have had them. With that being said, they dry very quickly and are comfortable. For the price, it's still a good deal. Can't speak for longevity yet, but I do plan on getting covers for these for the winter months.

Very happy with this purchase, looks really nice! There was a tiny bit of damage on one side, but nothing that I’d return it over. I love that it has wheels and the pull out side table. I can’t speak to durability since I just set it up today, but I’m expecting it to fade and need oiling in the future like all wood outdoor furniture. Looks very good quality and style for the price.

While searching for chaise lounge chairs in July of 2023, we came across these that had pretty decent reviews. We assumed the cushions would fade as they are not Sunbrella but that was ok to us as we would probably change the colors every few years. We store them in a bin and take them out when in use. What we did not assume is the wood would begin to split and rot 1 year after purchase. From the description of the product, "...naturally hardy acacia wood frame for years of superior lounging.", we assumed that these would last, years. However, we are 1 year from purchase and assembly and we have this condition. They were outside from mid-late July of 2023 until October of 2023, stored in a pool house, and then pulled out of the pool house in April of 2024. So, all in all, have been outside in the "elements" for approximately 7 months. While it seemed like a wise investment over the aluminum versions sold all over, it is seeming like one that we regret. We purchased 6 of them originally, and some were damaged. Best Choice products stood by their products and shipped replacements, in which, more were damaged. They then credited our account for 1 product. We were satisfied as, again, they stood by their product. Now, however, the "years" mentioned above in their description directly from them, their response was this, "However, your item is no longer within our 60 days warranty period. With this, we will no longer be able to accommodate either a return of your order for a refund or replacement or ship a part replacement at this time." I was not looking for a return. I was looking for replacement parts, a replacement chair, something. Their previous responses were all AI generated. It is unfortunate as these are great chairs on day 1 but not after year 1. With all of this, purchase only if you plan on purchasing new ones every year. Personally, and regrettably, I would look elsewhere. We live in the northeast and the weather is not extreme one way or the other...these should have lasted "years".

Shipping container boxes were well padded protecting the lounge. Very easy to assemble, nicely made with good wood. Stained Teak brown, very handsome. The pads are quality made and fit solid to the lounge. The drink trays that slide out from the bottom can slide out to either side. Nice. Wheels are good, made of wood, easy to move the lounge. Good valve for the price.

These loungers are gorgeous - for the price you will not believe how beautiful - I would have guessed pottery barn - but if so, they would have cost a lot more - they are sturdy - easy to put together - one reviewer gave great idea on how to put together and it worked for me - essentially putting the arms on (first side) and then laying on the other isde. I also put the leg and the wheel on wahc side as I did the arms - it worked easily. Pay CLOSE attention to the screws and what goes where - I did not and had to redo. The shortest screws go into the arms - the medium will go into the legs and the longest two are for the wheels. Like another reviewer, my one complaint is the cushions - thin and you can feel the wood - I ordered some white cushions through another company - through Amazon which were also $200 but will be worth it.

The product came in and was broken in 2 places. The packaging to keep it from being g destroyed during shipping was a joke. Like a 5 year old was told to keep it from being damaged for a thousand mile transport. It looks like a beautiful chair otherwise. Just wish they get their act together on packaging. Now. If I reorder, I dont know if I'll get another shattered chair.

I am really impressed with these chairs so far. I feel like you absolutely get what you pay for. They were very easy to assemble. Only took about 20 minutes by myself to do and easy to manage for a 5’4” female. I bought two chairs and neither had any damage at all. Arrived in good condition. The cushions are thin however I didn’t want to be hot on a thick cushion and I also wanted something that would dry out quickly. The length is great. Perfect for my 6’2” husband whose legs hang over other loungers. They seem sturdy enough but I’m not sure about the 350lbs weight limit. I probably wouldn’t want to take them past 250lbs. They roll very smoothly so easy to maneuver around right where you want them positioned if you want to chase the best angle of the sun. Cushions have an elastic band at the top to go around Chair back and ties so it is nice to not have to keep repositioning a sliding off cushion. The best advice from another reviewer was to wait to tighten all the bolts until you have it all together. That’s a must when assembling things like this. The arm rests are a comfortable height. Another reviewer suggested coating with Tung oil however since that is rated for indoor applications I chose to coat the chairs with Teak Oil which gives some UV protection to it. I think that is a must to keep these chairs looking good. Plan to reapply every 6mo or so, with the FL sun. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

I ordered two of the Acacia Wood Chaise Lounge Chairs. I would have rated the chairs a four due the lack of confidence in and design of the wheels. However, one of the chairs came with the lower brackets on the adjustable backrest striped and a portion of one of the rails broke off. Rather then hassle with returning the item, I wood glued the chipped piece back on and was able to address the bracket issue with more robust wood screws. While I am capable such repairs, I should not have do deal with a damaged product out of the box. I held off on this review to see how the customer service experience would go. I did reach out to customer service, and after sending photos and explaining the issue a few times it has only resulted in back and forth with a new person each time and no proposed resolution from them; it is no longer worth my time to engage with customer service. While I would not fully recommend staying away from Best Choice Products, I am more wary of their products and would search out other options before another purchase.
