**Q: Is there any that you make that are gluten free????**
A: Unfortunately these are the only ones we sell.

**Q: can the ice cream sandwiches be cut in half or will they crumble? And if so, are they big enough to cut in fourths?**
A: They are the size of a regular ice cream sandwich. They will crumble a little bit like any solid cookie, But they will not crumble all to pieces. Just be gentle with it as you cut.

**Q: I understand the product expires 3 years after production, but is there a production date printed somewhere?**
A: These do not show production date unfortunately however when checking the batches these are showing november 2023, hope this helps.

**Q: are they cold?**
A: Not cold! Dry and light- like styrofoam, but sweet and edible.

It was for a school project and the kids LOVED them!

But, I knew that going on. I bought these to introduce my daughter to them. These freeze dried lies (astronauts never took these with them into space) are not delicious, the texture is off-putting, and they crumble into bits when you try to eat them. That being said, if you've never had this, you should try it. It was invented for astronauts to use, it's interesting, and your tastes are very likely different than mine (although, that doesn't mean you'll like these). Also, brings me back to my childhood and some gift shop from some museum or aeronautics museum, or maybe the Kennedy Space Center, or someplace that sold these in the 80s ... Disney world? Who knows. Ahhhh, the memories.
