Amazing Pressure Cooker!
This pressure cooker has been a fantastic purchase. I picked it up because I wanted something easy to use (and not intimidating), and it completely delivered. The steam venting feature is honestly my favorite — it directs the steam away from you, which makes releasing pressure feel much more comfortable. The wide pot design is also great since stirring and serving is so much easier. The buttons and settings are very user-friendly, and everything I’ve cooked has turned out great so far. Plus, it’s quick to clean and there are endless recipe ideas online. I’d absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone new to pressure cooking.

Works great. Manual and spare parts are an issue.
Unit arrived in a beat up box covered with packaging tape. I suspected it was used. Inside, everything was in good shape and it seems this was actually a new unit. The instruction manual was not much help. Bad for me, since this is my first electric PC. However, based on videos (mostly for Instant Pot), it was easy enough to get started. I've used the saute, high temp/high pressure pressure cook, and the yogurt functions. All worked very well. Saute has different temp setting and, on high, gets hot enough to brown things. No problems with PC mode and I like both the steam diverter and the location of the steam release switch (far away from the exhaust). The yogurt function has 3 heat settings: #1 is for sterilizing/denaturing the milk (high or boil). The target temp is 180F. The unit pretty quickly took my 2 qts milk to about 181.5F. It stayed at about 178F for the 10' heat treatment. #'s 2&3 (med and low) are for fermenting the yogurt. I chose #2 (med) which targets 104F (note temp # 3, which I haven't used targets a lower temp...94F, I think. Different temps for different starter cultures). The unit lack more precise control...you get the 3 options. The yogurt came to 107F within about 15' and stayed between 104 and 107 for the 8 hour fermentation. On average it was a little high, but pretty good precision. After overnight in the fridge, the yogurt was pretty solid and tasty. As stated by another reviewer here: Midea doesn't seem to offer spare parts. I wouldn't have bought the unit if I knew this. I spent days trying find spare sealing rings, and anti block shields, since I thought these would be the items that would most likely need replacing. I couldn't find any from 3rd party sellers that specifically mention this unit AND are actually available. Using an AI chat bot to help, I finally pieced together that the lid on this unit is likely used on other manufacturer's (Instant Pot?) 8 quart units. The seal rings for those units on amazon seemed to have the same dimensions as the one on this Midea unit (10.23 inches o.d., 9.45 inches i.d.). I bought a set of 2 from: Mirumio (on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DTG315YF?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1). They are an exact size match for the original and worked perfectly in a 10' high temp/pressure test. I also bought an 11 piece kit from SPNKMJUJ (on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DM9JVDP1?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1). The steam release valve cover (black knob), anti block shield, and silicone float valve end cap all fit the Midea perfectly. The two seal rings in the kit are exactly the diameter (inner and outer) as the Midea, but are taller. They still fit and worked in a pressure test. For the float valve included in the kit: I couldn't test it because it seems to be impossible to remove the float valve from the Midea lid. It is covered on the top/outside of the lid by a clear plastic dome, which doesn't come off. This is typically the place you remove the float valve. Midea tech support said I could pull it out from the inside portion of the lid, but that didn't work. I'm still trying to figure that out. Unit worked very well and functionally I'm very happy with it. Would have given a 3.5 though, if possible, because of the poorly written manual, lack of parts from Midea and for the construction of the float valve, which may be removable, but I can't figure out how.

Love it
Just buy it I’ve had this pressure cooker for about a week and it is amazing. My favorite features are: Larger and wider I can put a whole chicken in and easy to turn it around. Just love this big! Just like all in one function: I love being able to do almost everything in one pan. Brown the meat, sauté the vegetables, add the dry pasta and water, and it’s ready in literally a few minutes. One pot! Also, it has many cook functions. pressure cooker, slow cooker, sauté pan, rice cooker, yogurt maker, oven, egg cooker, steamer, food warmer. Soooo wonderful! I hope this helps if you want to try this pot.

Perfect All-in-One Cooker for Everyday Meal
Love this pressure cooker. This is what I used to have back home before I came to the US. The 12 presets make cooking so simple: rice, stews, even yogurt come out perfect, very happy with its performance. Perfect size for family meals and very easy to clean. Great value for a multifunctional kitchen must-have.

It does NOT keep warm for 24 hrs!!!
Misleading description!! This one can only do 10 hour keep warm like every other pressure cooker on the market. The way they worded the description easily will fool you to believe it can keep warm for 24 hours. Brought this one over others for that, and found out too late to return.

Produto muito bom, mas como vem de fora é tudo em inglês as teclas e os manuais , se não tem problema com o idioma compra top, ela é 110V e tem que ter um adaptador pra ligar ela na tomada, pois como é importada vem no padrão dos EUA o plug
