High quality mixer! A game changer at a great price!
Update Aug 25 2024 - 8 months on going strong.. What a machine! Amazing, quiet, powerful! Many batches of bread , cakes, muffins turned out beautifully! So happy that I selected this after a lot of research comparing with famous brands like KA, Breville, Bosch, Kenwood. My last one was a KA bowl lift. I wish Zacme would advertise more so more people can know about this great mixer. I thank Amy learns to cook for the demo of this machine that got this on my radar. Great quality for a great price! Looking forward to using my Zacme for Fall/Holiday entertaining! Update April 20 24 Amazing machine. Baking 2-3 batches of breads each time. We are only eating homemade breads for past 4 months. This is so powerful a machine for big batches of dough. And still super quiet. I have used KA for many years but the Zacme is so much better and stronger. Cannot even compare them. Maybe the KA commercial could be good but this one is at less than half $. The accessories are all steel and the timer/pause etc is super convenient. If you are looking for a stand mixer I would recommend Zacme in a heartbeat. Jan 20 24It’s been a month since I bought the 7.4 Zacme. I am impressed how well this machine works. I bought after watching it on YouTube ( Amy Learns to Cook). Due to quality, functionality and price I chose this after months of research and compared with Ank, Bosch, KA etc. . The DC motor is super quiet, love the timer/pause function and fabulous stainless steel heavy accessories. The 7.4 qt also has the digital accessory selector for safety. The stir speed is amazing. I have kneaded dough for 2-3 loaves at a time following the recommended volume and hydration%. It keeps going for 7-12mins or more without any noise, strain or jumping. Compared to my old famous name mixer the dough hook motion gathers all the flour from the bottom and the sides without requiring constant scraping. Cookies and cake came out excellent. For questions I was able to connect via email provided by Amazon. Very responsive customer service!! Highly recommend.

Love and hate relationship...mostly LOVE!
I was looking for a new heavy duty mixer, as my 45 year old KitchenAid(Hobart) could not handle the denser doughs I was using for bread. I thought I'd just get a new "Professional" model KitchenAid, but the reviews for handling bread dough were awful...plus the price point was way above my budget. I looked at the other mixers made specifically for dough, but they were so expensive and not good for things other than dough. Then I came across this brand. I had never even heard of Zacme, but the reviews/videos were so good compared to the other mixers out there, that I decided to order the 7.4qt model. When it arrived I was very impressed with the quality feel of the machine, the attachments that came with it and couldn't wait to give it a try! I prepped some bread dough( paying close attention to the max amount of water/flour recommended for this machine), attached the bread hook and started it up! It immediately made some quite loud "clicking" noises, that did not sound good and I turned off the machine. These noises continued as I tried other attachments and other density's of batter. I contacted the company's Customer Service via e-mail and received a timely response. As we corresponded back and forth over the next few days, I became more and more frustrated. The person replying was kind, but could never actually address my concerns with the machine. I even sent along a video of the problem, and the responses I received appeared to be AI generated. I eventually returned the machine totally frustrated with my experience. Please note, that the person responding was always very kind and wanted to make things right, but was just unable to appreciate what the issue was. Now, this could have been a language issue( the Customer Service is in China) or it could have been AI responses that were never appropriate to my questions. I ended up ordering another Zacme mixer, as all the other alternatives out there would not have met my needs. The 2nd mixer has been trouble free(other than some slight "clicking" when dealing with sourdough dough), but is the best at mixing dough and other tasks. I really do LOVE this machine and use it multiple times a week. I rearranged a counter top so that the mixer can be out all the time...it is much too heavy to take in and out of a cabinet. If you choose to purchase this mixer, I would advise keeping the shipping box and all the materials. When I returned the 1st mixer, I had already disposed of the packing material and had to pay out-of-pocket to have UPS pack it for return to Amazon. I feel like the company tried their best to be helpful, but just missed the mark regarding my actual concerns. They did offer to send me a free attachment for all the difficulties encountered, and after some shipping issues, I did receive an attachment in the mail. Overall, I would do business with this company again and am so glad I purchased this machine...it has made bread making( and so many other baking projects) so much easier!

GREAT MIXER w/ GREAT Performance !!!!!
I've used this mixer a few times already since getting it during the Black Friday sale in 2025. I've done 3 batches of cookies and yesterday I did 3 loaves of freshly milled yeast bread doughs... SO far, I'm an so impressed with this machine. It kneaded the dough well... it didn't take long to get to that "window pane" stage. It rose well....baked well. I also made a 4th loaf in my Oster Bread Machine and the process was so much longer. At one point I had to take the dough out, wet it a little, form into a ball and put back in the machine. Freshly milled grain recommendation was to put on Whole Wheat setting and I selected "Light" crust. 3 hours and 40 minutes later, the bread had risen till it was stuck to the lid and all of the sides got way too dark. It tasted ok. Comparing the two ways of making that dough yesterday, the ZACME was the clear winner... I upgraded to this machine from a 4.5 quart Kitchen Aid that could not handle bread dough. There were three other machines that I almost purchased - each costing 2 or 3 times as much and I'm so glad that I found AMY LEARNS TO COOK videos on You Tube where she demos all 3 sizes = the 8.4, the 7.4 and the 5.4 quart ones. I bought the 7.4 quart sized bowl one and it's perfect for home use. I almost got the 8.4 quart; but I'm pleased with my choice. This makes bread making a breeze compared to the KA or the Oster Bread Machine. If you need a mixer with similarities to a Kitchen Aid but one that is more commercial and more steady that won't heat up, this is your machine. I pray it keeps performing like it did yesterday and we will definitely say "this one is a WINNER". THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT AFTER MIXING AND KNEADING BREAD DOUGH, the mixer tightens itself onto the platform and I cannot get it loose. This has happened every time after I've used it. I jiggle it, I try lifting and twisting while I'm jiggling it....but it really tightens to the point that I have to get my husband to work it loose. I have written customer service to see if there is a remedy for this that a 74 year old woman can navigate. Maybe the platform needs to be oiled a little? I don't know; but this is the ONLY problem or issue I have had. This is a great mixer and I would totally recommend it. UPDATE as of January 24, 2026 - I decided to rub some avocado oil around the inside rim of the base where the bowl twists and untwists. It worked like a charm and the bowl stayed in place while mixing; but then there was an easy twist and release when I needed it to come off the base. Worked Great ! UPDATE 06/16/2026 - What a Blessing this mixer is. I waste way less ingredients because the mixer performs well; I always get a windowpane. The light in the bowl is such a nice feature. I got cream; but they have since come out with a pretty pistachio color that is so very nice. If you need to upgrade your mixer, get this one. You will not be disappointed. I recommend it to everyone !!! (I would buy it again and again ! )

Love Love Love!
What’s not to love about this. Love that it doesn’t wake the dead when using so I can make dough anytime I want without waking the whole house. The only negative thing I can find is that it’s very heavy so I don’t bother putting it away

Love it!
I am LOVING this mixer. This is my first stand mixer and I bought it mainly for the sake of kneading my bread dough made from freshly milled flour. I had read where lots of people had burned up their stand mixer- from a different brand- trying to do this. This thing does great and I can achieve a window pane in about 14 minutes on speed 1. The light and the timer are both an awesome touch that sets this machine apart from others. This thing is so quiet too! The attachments seem heavy and high quality. I’m very impressed and hope that it stands the test of time. It is quite an investment but I believe it is worth it at this point and has definitely saved me many hours of work and frustration of kneading dough by hand.
