It rocks
20 minutes before work out, and im ready to go when I get to the gym. Lots of energy. Great taste as well. Im trying cherry next!!!!

Tastes Grape!
I grabbed one of these before an early workout expecting the usual fake grape situation. Instead, it tastes a lot like a grape popsicle that decided to get a gym membership.
