This is one of the best Liquid Chalk I've used. The pricing is way too good. It is worth the price. The chalk dries up within seconds providing an excellent grip. The chalk lasts for almost full session after one application, you may need to apply it twice if you are going for a long workout session. It works good for me and is worth the money. Kudos to the Muscle Ape team !!

Loved it! Easy to apply. Dries quickly in a few seconds. Don't need a huge amount just a little bit works well. Provides excellent grip as my palms sweat a lot during lifting. I have used the black bottle of liquid chalk from muscleape before but this white one has a really nice floral fragrance(just like a face cream) which I really liked. Overall, a really nice product, would recommend it to everyone.

I have small palms and they sweat. So i struggle with grip when I lift heavy. I was tired of using the gloves because it did not give me the right grip either. That is when I found muscleape's liquid chalk. It is very easy to use. Glides like butter on to your palms and dries within seconds and stays on. I did deadlifts yesterday and I lifted it like a feather because my grip helped a lot.

This chalk is only water . There is no grip infact it makes your hand grip even more slippery! Complete waste of money, do not buy !

Using this in gym in and in bouldering for grip. It dries fast, reduces sweating and provides a strong grip.

I have always been a fan of traditional chalk powder but recently a friend of mine suggested to try liquid chalk in particular this brand . So , I have been using this product for a few days now and I must say this product really stands out. As a powerlifter myself I need a lot of chalk for almost all my lifts and this product just does the job for me. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about heavy lifting .
