Review: A Good Investment for the Price! - It worked well and did its job of preventing breakdown for my son who was bedbound. But, I was still very attentive to repositioning him every couple of hours. It wasn't noisy and for surprisingly the low price! A Great buy for him. It worked better than the ones in the hospital, when he had to be admitted! As with any of these mattresses , I would recommend turning it off to deflate when your having to transfer or change a loved one to prevent puncturing the inflated chambers, I'm just saying,as I worked with patients in facilities with these sort of mattresses on beds and that was our practice to turn it off! Just remember to turn it back on when you're done!
