i'm not sure i never figure it out but, th bottle last us over a year

I don’t see why not. Its just a liquid cleaner.

can this product be used on painted white floors?

It should be okay. On the back it says it is recommended for use on sealed nonporous surfaces, wood floors, hardwood, ceramic tile, etc. I have only used it on tile floors. I supposed as long as it is sealed it should do okay.
