Cheap. Part of the design uses Velcro to attack the stabilizing pillow, which gets in my hair, and falls out. I have Occipital Neuralgia & when my head falls sideways or forward when I sleep, it hurts a lot. The tie on this pulled off the 1st night. The two pillows held my Velcro ket coming off. I didn’t even give this to someone else. I just threw this away, so others don’t get their face acratched, or their hair caught in the Velcro.

This is such a unique pillow. I have neck instability issues, so it's important for me to keep my head immobile when I'm sleeping. Tossing and turning usually creates a headache for me by morning if I don't immobilize my head from turning to one side or the other.It's easy to use and simple to adjust to fit your head and keep you stable. I will also be using they for an upcoming neck fusion surgery, so I'm really glad I found this little gem! I will say that if you DO use it, consider a little bit firmer of a pillow underneath it. If your pillow is too soft, your head will sink down and the side pieces will squeeze your head too much. It's a balance, but I highly recommend this for those who struggle with these types of circumstances.

Purchased for my mom. After a week she didn't like it.

I just had surgery, and I have to sit at an angle. This pillow makes it so your head does not move. It’s amazing. No adjustment, no anything. It’s just perfect.

First of all it came sooner than was initially stated. I am recovering from facial surgery and have to sleep elevated and on my back. I was not able to find a way to keep my head from rolling to the side or even worse, to the side and down. I tried small pillows on each side but they moved constantly. This item worked PERFECTLY and has ties on each end so I can secure it in place. The little pillows are movable for a perfect “cradle” effect.

A bit expensive for what it is, but I haven't slept better in years. Great for holding head in place so my neck doesnt hurt in the morning, also no lift on base to crank neck and back up so perfect for reducing back pain too. Just wish this was closer to $20-25 instead of $40, may try to make my own from the same design to have a travel pillow

Do not like the way it’s set up. It’s hard to use, but if you want to try it out all the luck to you I didn’t care for it. Waste of money.
