THE BEST JELLY BEABS MONEY CAN BUY! I love the flavours, the texture, they're sweet and soft. Sealed in a lovely jar. Excellent value for money. Such a fun and colourful sweet.

Product container burst open
The product (jelly beans) itself is excellent, the container it comes in is not fit for purpose. The cardboard disc bottom of the Jelly Bean container had burst open and exposed the beans inside the Amazon packaging. It seems to be a common complaint. It wasn't obvious how to complain and send it back as the Amazon process ended up going round in circles. The happy solution was to start the return process from the top rather than using the button for this order (I Googled Amazon return in the end as it was so frustrating). They gave me a refund straight away and said don't bother sending back the faulty goods. So, sort of happy but wondering how they (Amazon and jellybean) can get the packing so wrong.
