Bought for greatgrandson age 9 for birthday also bought the lights for it looks amazing when built loads of pieces .

My daughter loved this and I bought her the lights that go with it vet Christmassy!

Really nice lighting kit for my Lego TIE Bomber, all fits well and makes it shine (pun not intended) as a display piece. Took a star off because the instruction process is a bit convoluted.

As the manufacturer's are at considerable pains to point out, this isn't the Lego kit Dancing Baby Groot, but an LED lighting kit to add to it. However, Amazon reviews of there other LED kits are always full of punters disappointed they didn't get the logo as well, so...this is just a small pack of tiny LEDs connected to a battery pack/USB charger with a book of instructions, that you use while building the model to light it up. The wires are necessarily delicate, and the idea is that you than keep the model as a permanent display piece. It does seem quite a lot to pay for a small pack of LEDs and a battery pack (and no batteries!) , but this is a very niche product and thus will sell at a premium. Looks nice when it's done though, and it plays a tune to boot.
