Not impressed
Charged both batteries. Tried to cut a block. It kept cutting out as soon as I started cutting even without applying pressure. Am not impressed. Had to buy electric corded. Would not buy again. Am trying to see if I can return

A Good Tool ... When It Works!
I bought one in October 16. Arrived with a slightly damaged case as the cling film was very tight i.e. it was not effectively packed. One battery works well while the other is very intermittent. The charger has now stopped working completely. When it does work it is excellent.

Cordless 115mm angle grinder 18v
Gave it a quick spin after charging the battery. Excellent, my only gripe being that it doesn't have a lock on position, meaning you have to keep your thumb pressed against the (quite strong) spring of the switch, which isn't condusitive to easy working.but then today went to use it and a more serious problem, it gets up to full revs and then immediately cuts out, despite holding the switch on. Requested a replacement, and will update my review according to how the seller responds. It looks well built, feels solid, just a pity it doesn't work. If the replacement is upto scratch, then I would give it 5 stars. All makes can have a faulty one, so I won't condemn it totally. After all, if the top makes were perfect, they wouldn't need a guarantee LOLI've bought it for use with my welding gear at the farms that don't have electricity in certain buildingsUpdate, they've had it back now since 09-11-2016 signed for, so I know they received it ( I had to pay postage almost £17.00) and it's now 17-011-2016 and still no refund, so I've changed my rating to a 1*Looks like I'm going to have to put in an Amazon claim, as they are obviously hoping I will just "forget it"In the meantime I've had to go to a shop and buy an expensive Makita as I couldn't wait for one to come from Amazon, I needed it there and then to do a jobMy advice, if you're going to buy a grinder, get a well known make. You MIGHT be lucky and get a working one of these, but if you don't, don't hold your breath for a refund
