Look very small to begin with do stretch a bit after a bit of use! Good quality and the colours are just perfect!

Them being very thin amd narrow these type of bands roll up pretty quick and constantly need to be adjusted while use. Also almost no resistance in the light coloured ones, the only ones that's worth using are the dark ones. Pretty, came on time and good packaging but by the nature of these rubber bands, did not use them often.

Absolutely LOVE my bands! They really compliment my work out. I use them to warm up and in my work out. I take them to my gym and use them while I am at home. They are also perfect for when I am travelling and don’t know if I will have a gym to go to our not.
