Using this to help with swelling after surgery and it's doing a fantastic job

Boswellia seems to be helping with brain swelling, as an alternative to steroids. Worth a try.

This is more effective than the usual 400mg 3x/day preparations and needs only 2x daily dosing. Expensive, but well worth the price.

Thorne is one of my favorite brands. Frankincense is so key in health. I was looking for a natural alternative to Tylenol, naproxen, and other pain relievers. I’m so glad that I found these, because they work great.

These really hurt our stomach. Given how pricey these are, we were very hopeful it was just a fluke so we tried it the supplement more times, and under various conditions, to verify it was indeed these that was causing the stomach upset and not something else. I did some deep research on what supplements would possibly help IBD inflammation and this was recommended in various studies as potentially showing promise. That’s why we bought it. Unfortunately for us, it had the opposite effect. It kicked the immune system into action in a bad way, not a good way, which can happen in any type of immune stimulating vitamins and supplements. In case it helps anyone: everyone has a different reaction to the immune system being stimulated. In some people, the body does exactly what it should. In others, stimulating the immune system with supplements is unnecessary and can kick up some unwanted side effects. We’ve done very well on other immune stimulating supplements for context. This particular one just didn’t sit well with us. Although we normally love and do well on Thorne products because of their ingredient purity. Thorne practically has no additives the way most vitamin brands do. It allows people with sensitivities and allergies like us to get what they need.
