I’m not the one sleeping on this but I have had no complaints. The only issue was most of the buttons have fallen off. Not a real issue just a little disappointing.

Very fluffy, hard to fold

Awful. Hard. Oversized so much so that it doesn’t fold to the couch of the futon frame. You can’t ship it back because it will not return to the box. Physically too heavy to return let alone fine a queen size bed box. This is a gimmick and I’m over Amazon advertising products that aren’t what they say they are or do what they say they will. Can’t even replace or return $170 dollars later. No number to contact the company or Amazon. The vendor tells you that UPS WILL PROVIDE A BOX- they do not. I am still Out of my money - the product has been returned. I have spent nearly 8 hours on the phone with UPS- Amazon- the 3rd party vendor that finally came to pick up matress that was not foldable. This has been a huge inconvenience and Amazon needs to pull this vendor off of Amazon for false advertising. This is not a futon cushion- it’s a queen cushion that doesn’t fold. My 80 year old mother had no where to sit while here at my house visiting.

I wanted a thicker mattress for the current futon that me and my wife purchased. This was exactly what we were looking for. The overall quality of this product gave me excellent sleep quality and has succeeded my expectations when it came to comfort. The money I paid was a little high but it was totally worth it. It was easy to install and the packaging it came in was perfect. I do however suggest that you get a washable cover, so they you can prevent any stains on the original surface.

Mattress is nice, thick and comfortable. Only issue is my mother picked it out and did not read how it says mattress only, NO FRAME. The shipping took forever though. Most amazon products are 3 to 5 days at most.

The worst "mattress The tufts look great but do not work for a mattress, which was my primary reason to buy this, the mattress is lumpy also, and not supportive. I bought this to replace a futon mattress that was not deep at all, I was having guests. I was embarressed when my guests said they were sliding off the bed and had such bad backaches they had to get a hotel room. do NOT waste your money.

I would not recommend it. The buttons started falling off the first week. It is very lumpy and has now sagged from daily use.

Very nice especially for the cost. I am comfortable sitting or sleeping on it. I had a hard time with it expanding for about 2 weeks. Being disabled didn't afford me the ability to help break it up. I understand that is my problem but something you may want to think about for us independent disabled customers.
