I’ve been suffering with reoccurring bacterial vaginosis since I was young - I’m in my 30s now so it’s been a long damn time LOL. I’ve tried literally everythinggggg, until now…. I decided to run my own test just to ensure that this actually worked. Sleeping with my underwear on is a sure fire way for my bv to come back so I did this for two consecutive nights in a row over Xmas. It came back so then I took these tablets and in a couple of days the fish smell had gone!!! I’m genuinely shocked that these actually work, so now I take it every single day with food, sometimes (on the very odd occasion) I take 3 capsules a day and my vag smells freshhhh! I would like to add that these tablets give me exceptionally bad abdominal pain; it was so bad, I couldn’t stand up straight and felt like my stomach was about to explode. The pain was veryyyyy excruciating, but I noticed that the listing stated that you could also consume these by opening the capsule and pouring the powder directly onto food, so that’s what I do now. I still get stomach pain, but nowhere near as severe as when I swallow the capsules whole and the fact that these are the only probiotics I’ve purchased that actually work, I’m willing to put up with the slight abdominal pain so I only take 1 at a time with food Everyone’s body is different so these obviously won’t work for everyone. Alongside these tablets I also use Boric Acid Suppositories which is another natural product that 100% works. If you’re not familiar with the suppositories then I would highly highly highly recommend that you look into it because they are genuinely fantastic with minimal side effects, but I’m thrilled that I have finally found a probiotic that actually works because I prefer having something that I can take orally that works from the inside out without removing all the good and bad bacteria (which is what antibiotics do) Edit 24th Sept: I'm still taking these tablets and they are still fantastic and keeping my long term BV away! I feel like my stomach is adjusting better to them because now I can consume them whole without having to open the capsule and spread it out onto my food, but in the summer I still had a small smell below (just really small but I get super paranoid lol) so I took two in one go after a meal rather than taking one over two meals and this is working absolutely perfectly!! Edit 12th June 2023: Its been 18 months since my first review, wowzers haha! Im still taking these but now I take 2 with breakfast and my stomachs definitely adjusted to it as I can take it whole with no abdominal pain whatsoever! There was a period where I changed to another probiotic which made my vag too sensitive so I had to go back to these and yes I can confirm that 18 months later they are still working!!!!!! I now also decant the tablets into another pot (look up 'Lamberts Acidophilus Extra 10 billion bacteria) because the pot the Lamberts Acidophilus comes in has a desiccant lining in every pot and I store this in the fridge at all times Nov 2025: Wow its so lovely reading my review from 3 years ago!!!! I STILL TAKE THESE AND THEY ARE STILL THE BEES KNEES!!! NO OTHER PRODUCT LIVES UP TO THESE!!! Everytime I buy a new bottle I have to open the capsule and spread it out over food, then I slowly adjust to taking it whole because my stomach has side effects from the first couple from taking it freshhhh e.g. bloating, bad stomach cramps - basically everything you would experience being on that time of the month without any menstrual, LOL. I appreciate all the likes too and really hope that this product Ive been using since 2022 helps you just as much as its helped me. Love you all!!! Hahahaha

Honestly one of the best purchases I've ever made. I was very reluctant to try anything after using another probiotic brand I got on Amazon that was advertised as top notch and specifically made for yeast problems. That one left me with excruciating abdominal pain and I was unable to work for more than a week - I suspect the culprit might have been caprylic acid. That taught me a lot... And it wasn't something I needed on top of recurrent yeast infections. I was desperate after that experience, but I got a leaflet in my local pharmacy saying that there are only two strains of bacteria needed for a targeted probiotic that can help women. These two strains are L. rhamnosus and L. reuter - exactly what's found in this product. I decided to give this a go based on that info and I haven't regretted for a minute. At first, there was some minor discomfort because the product caused slight constipation. It didn't last more than a week or so, which tells me it was just my body adjusting to the new strains of bacteria. After that, everything was fine and I'm now free of yeast infections that plagued me every month. The quality of my life is dramatically increased thanks to this product and I will keep using it. It's truly a life saver. Shame so many "targeted" products don't include these two strains at all, which is simply unbelievable. This is the real deal and most likely the only thing you will need if you are a woman.

I have been buying these probiotics on and off over the years and feel like I am ready to provide my thoughts on these. Ease of Swallow - I have provided a picture for reference, these pills are relatively small and are therefore easy to swallow, I take two of these daily and I have not noted a taste, which makes the experience comfortable. Value of for money/quality - I personally find these have met my expectations, I find the quality great especially given the low price compared to other probiotics. In summary I would definitely recommend these to every woman!

After much research (and suffering) I bought this to help my monthly recurrent BV. I was so down about it I would have tried anything! I had so many courses of antibiotics within a year that I was getting worried about the long term effects. I started taking 2 of these at lunch times every day but after a week or so I was getting a painful, bloated stomach for a couple of hours in the afternoon. After a couple of weeks I changed to taking them at bedtime which was better but if I woke in the night my stomach would be very painful with the gas :/ After a month I decreased the dose to one at bedtime and I’m now on my third month BV free!! The painful bloating is still there slightly but by morning it has almost gone and no I’ll effects during the day. For me I would take the temporary stomach problems over BV any day!!

I have suffered from recurrent infections for years, been tested for everything and finally told by my GP that I'm 'just one of those women'. Then a few years ago it was found I had a cervical erosion, something that can lead to infections, and once it was removed things settled down a bit. Then a few months ago it all started again. I tried the tablet, gel pessary, normal pessary, internal cream and another oral tablet, to no avail. My GP put me on a 7 day course of the oral tablet and although it helped it still didn't completely clear. I read about probiotics and to begin with ordered a different brand that didn't have any effect. Then after checking the reviews properly I came across one that said those weren't the right strain for candida and that she had bought different ones that had worked. I checked her profile and saw she had ordered this brand and left a positive review so I decided to try them. (Big thanks to that reviewer!) To be on the safe side, I ordered and took an oral capsule first to try and clear the infection and then started taking these - 2 at night to begin with. I can't bloomin' believe it but the infection is gone! For the first time in years I have no discomfort or any of the other nasty symptoms of a candida infection - it honestly is a miracle! I will never be without these again, they really have made such a difference. And thank you to Sarah for the email asking how I was getting on, that a was a lovely personal touch.

Been diagnosed with BV and IBS. I've also developed chronic eczema over the last 2 years triggered by stress, BV, hormonal imbalances, allergies to pollen and dust/feather mites. Eczema is supposedly linked to IBS too so I thought I'd give this a go. BV : Didn't prevent BV from recurring My BV symptoms seem to be triggered by my period starting 10 days after the end of the cycle. This happens like clock work. I took these a day before my period started, but I still got BV at exactly the same time last month. I consequently took the gel treatment and that stopped it after 4 tubes. I'll be taking the gel treatment straight after my period to see if I can prevent it completely. IBS : Unsure, can't really tell much difference I have constipation type IBS: multiple stomach pains, rather embarrassing airy noises, wind, irregular and difficult hard stools. This developed over the years by stress, lack of exercise, not eating enough fruit & veg etc. As soon as I got the diagnosis from the GP I made a few life style changes aswell as ordered this probiotic. I think the changes I've made have impacted more than the actual probiotic. Eating more non-bloating fibre, fruits vegs and some light exercises, more walking etc has made a difference to the pains and some difference to the stool. But, I seem to have gotten a bit more airy, don't know if this is the probiotic or the foods I've been eating, or a combination of both? Had I not made these changes I don't think this probiotic would have made that much difference by itself. And even with these changes I still have many of the IBS symptoms, especially concerning is still being irregular. I could use constipation relief meds but that's not long term and I really want to live more healthy. This is a work in progress, and retraining my whole system will probably take some time. I haven't had the great results like other reviewers, so I may try some other combo probiotic aswell as keep up the life style changes. Eczema: Lessened the severity of my eczema This was unexpected, as soon as I take a tablet in the morning my skin becomes less rough and flakey immediately, on a good day it's almost normal! I haven't had skin like this for years. This doesn't last though, towards the end of the day I can feel it reverting back. As soon as I take a second tablet, the same happens. I wonder if there's been any research done on the digestive system and it's connection to eczema? This isn't a cure, and I still got BV triggered eczema, but if I stop the BV will I stop the eczema? ... Hopefully this will help someone whose also suffering, keeping positive!

A year or so ago I had thrush for the first time, and since then I've been suffering from a cyclical sort of thrush that clears up after my period then starts again a few days later. I was at wits end trying to figure out what caused it, as I'm pretty strict with how I treat downstairs! I eventually found out about probiotics and I'm so glad i tried these specific ones. I also suffer with symptoms of IBS and alleviate it with a vegan diet but it can only do so much. I've been on these probiotics for less than a week and all signs of excess discharge, itchiness/wetness etc are completely gone. The only thing I would criticise about these is that they've made me constipated, however I'm willing to give my body time to adjust to them properly. It's also incredibly easy for me to get constipated just from minor lifestyle changes so there's no guarantee it's the probiotics doing that. Just a heads up, make sure you're getting plenty of fibre in your diet. Regardless, these do the job perfectly and are very reasonably priced.

So I’ve been taking these for 6-7 months now. And when I couldn’t get hold of them for a spell I had to buy another type so have a good comparison. I bought them for water infections. Sounds odd but they are fantastic. I have had years of water infections, kidney infections, blood in water, repeated scans, too many antibiotics and nothing controlled it, it was 3-4 times a year and moving to monthly at its worst, and nothing could be determined as a cause. I heard about probiotics and gave them a try. I haven’t had another infection since AUG! No antibiotics taken, no GP trips, a healthy body. The time I used the other brand was also effective but I could feel an infection starting at times and doubled up in intake and fluid. This brand very effective from the start. It also helps with my IBS very well, if I had forgot to take the supplement I would feel IBS starting and that would remind me if forgotten. Very good product. Obviously I spent years with GPs not knowing what to do and this was last resort, please ensure you still visit the GP folks in case there are underlying issues x

sono più o meno 2 anni che usiamo, con mia moglie, i probiotici NutriZing che troviamo molto validi. ora lei ha deciso di provare questi specifici per la salute della donna anche perché ha scoperto di essere intollerante a glutine e legumi e usandoli si sente meno gonfia e meno infiammata a livello intestinale. molto soddisfatti!

Ho trovato questo prodotto grazie ad una recensione sul Amazon in un altro paese. Per adesso mi trovo bene. Mi hanno tenuto la candida sotto controllo. Presi due al di, per un mese. Continuerò ad usarli.
