Good for your machine and drinking water

At this point I'm not sure they do anything. I tested the water after being in contact for a couple days and after water went through PÜR filter and it tested 335ppm. I use the water for making tea and in my Breville coffee maker and Outin Nano Espresso maker as well as making pour-over and French Press coffee.
