Dlyfull Battery Tester, Small Battery Testers Universal Battery Checker for AAA AA C D 9V 1.5V Button Cell Household Batteries

Before this, testing batteries meant finding my bulky digital VOM, connecting its wire probes, then taking the time to remember how to get it to test batteries. The Dlyfull Battery Tester eliminates all that hassle. All you do is move the slider to the right position to accommodate the battery you're testing, hold the battery in place, and look at where the needle on its gauge is pointing. It works with all the standard 1.5V and 9V batteries (including miniature disc-shaped ones). The only thing it doesn't do is test lithium batteries with other voltages, for example the CR2032 is 3V. And of course it doesn't require a battiers to operate (which is another advantage over using VOMs for this application). This is a useful, inexpensive item that now lives permanently in my desk drawer. So far it's saved several batteries that I would have discarded due to their age.

Does what it should. It's smaller than pictured. Takes a bit to hold, balance the battery and hold it in place. It doesn't lock the battery in place, you have to hold it in place which is just a bit awkward. Overall, its tests the batteries fine.

Worth the money and easy to use. Works on various types

This my second purchase of this battery tester. The first one lasted a very long time. I have found it to be very useful and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tester.

Handy little gadget Now I can tell how much life is left in a battery.

Feels filmsy.. you get what you pay for.. but it does a good job testing the batteries. The only issue I have is the sliding mechanism is too slack or loose. It needs a bit of resistance in order to keep battery in place,
