XLarge size foam mat, excellent for balance and other exercises. Nice and cushiony/sturdy! Bought these to replace the ratty ones at our wonderful PT place!

When placing feet heel to toe diagonally it is the perfect size! Smaller balancing pads would not allow me to do this. It works well for each of the exercises my PT wants me to do.

I purchased this because it’s larger than most balance pads. It’s high quality and perfect for my phyisical therapy exercises.

Great for kneeling during exercise, like Pilates or yoga. It is maintaining its form after several months of use.
