I purchased this product and was in love with the smell and output. By month 3 it was coming on randomly throughout the day and when it tried to turn it off it wouldn't work. By month 4 it wasn't working at all. Complete waste of money

I bought this and the acqualina and santal fragrances from the same company and they were amazing! The diffuser filled up my entire house but was not overpowering. Guests asked us what smelled so good…we will be using this instead of candles for now on.

I accidentally overfilled my oil bottle past the MAX line and my unit would not disperse any scent AND the light didn’t work either. I had the unit charging for TWO days, but the light still continued to blink as if it wasn’t charged enough. I had an intuition to just unscrew the top and behold!…the oil was the culprit as I had it almost to the neck🥲. As soon as I reduced the amount of oil, it worked just fine. Since it’s my fault, I won’t deduct points, but I do wish it the product gave a disclaimer of some sort to advise the consumer of this potential problem. I’m sure it’s probably a common issue.

This diffuser works well, diffusing more of the scent than an average diffuser. It is louder than most others that we've used, but not too disruptive. This does seem like a high price for a this kind of device, especially since it doesn't come with any oils.

Bought as a gift. Was easy to set up and love that you can charge it then move it wherever you want. Has several different settings and remote control is a nice feature. Fragrance works well and fills the room with the relaxing scent. Very quiet while misting oil. Have already purchased another for myself.

Personally, I don’t care for it. I don’t think it really sense the room and it’s so loud. My husband didn’t want the moisture with a water-based vaporizer and tea tree oil. Now he buys the who the heck knows what’s in it oil and he loves this thing. I can’t stand it. And when it’s dry out, it obviously is not going to humidify your room.
