I absolutely love Mama noodles. Tried so many flavours now. These are delicious, but I like these best with stir fried veg added and perhaps a salmon fillet as a ramen bowl. I do eat these alone as they taste delicious, but they have a citrus forward broth which alone some might find to be a bit acidic. I love lemon so these are perfect for me. All enjoyable but my top three are 1. Pork (delicious) 2. Beef and 3. creamy shrimp. Again all delicious with a their own way. Noodles are a comfort food for me and Mama will always be my go to brand. I love them because no matter how spicy they are, the broth has enough stand alone flavour to give you more than just burning heat. Compared to say Buldak which to me is just pain and burn, these pack a flavour punch with a bit of added heat. I could never handle spice before but Mama noodles mean I can have just enough heat with a massive hit of glorious flavour. I’m a huge fan, in case you hadn’t noticed ☺️

Amazing flavour

I bought these after buying several of the pot versions from a Chinese supermarket and loving them- I especially loved that the seasoning packets included tiny dried shrimp The foil packets are cheaper and convenient, and overall have the same delicious sour, mid spicy flavour I love (top tip: whisk an egg in when it's super hot to make the sauce creamy and add some nutrients!) but sadly don't have the shrimp

Not as creamy as the bigger packs. Have purchased these products or similar ones before. Have to add more tom yum paste seasoning to soup base. Its still very good value.
