Nice little TV to replace our recently departed 20+ year old kitchen TV. Good picture and sound.

Great 'ordinary' TV. 43' is quite adequate and not overpowering, for a small room. My 91yr old mum can operate it easily. No bells and whistles, which is just what some of us like. But in a modern style :-)

This is to replace an aging bedroom TV that started off in a caravan years ago. Firstly the loss of star is due to the volume and controls. The volume isn’t as quiet as I would like even on the lowest of 1. And there are no external controls, only through the remote controller. Everything else is great, so far, as it only arrived today. So easy to set up, switch on select country and away it goes scanning for all the channels. The colour and picture are very good also with good volume, suitable for a larger room if needed. The cable lead is a good length too. The stand was a bit fiddly to align the screws into the holes and getting stand bits in the right position as the instructions are not very clear. I would recommend this unit as it also looks smart being frameless and being British made.

I like the good construction, solid feeling, and excellent picture quality. The remote is especially well designed and very solid. The menus seemed initially complicated but pretty soon made sense. Setting up the satellite channels was fairly easy. All the HDMI connected features work perfectly ('ROKU' streaming, old Laptop connection and old DVD/CD player - though the later two needed special analog-digital adaptors within the cable, all available cheaply online). There is an especially good Cello helpline and emailer to sort out issues with setting up. I was less keen on the sound quality (I bought an affordable 'Majority' soundbar which used the optical ports and cable and that works very well). The online manual for this model seems to be out of date with several different features now installed, such as a different set of sockets. Some information on the manual was vaguer than I wanted, so I kept the helpline staff busy - they were very polite and responses were speedy. This is my main living room television, and I am very pleased with it.

Cant believe it is only LED - crystal clear picture with excellent sound - ideal for kitchen dresser base about head height when sitting at table - good cust svc for the questions I had before ordering - Will order smart version when available for study/office

Worked fine for 18 months and now the screen has lines going across and down. I canr watch it any more

Arrived on time and was well packaged. The TV is ideal for small spaces (used in our kitchen, on top of a work unit and under a cupboard). It turns on quite slowly and sometimes you have to double check that you have turned it on (red light displays for around 10-15 seconds before the telly comes on). There can be a delay in changing channels but other than that it is a good product and we are very happy with it.

Purchased this 19" set on behalf of an elderly friend for her kitchen a few days ago and our initial thoughts are as follows: POSITIVES : Quick set up means exactly that. Within 10 mins of leaving its box the tv was on its stand and fully operational. A few instructions to do on screen (helped by an included printed leaflet) and that was it! All freeview channels are available and listed in order. Good picture for a small set although I've seen better. Sound is really good and turns up to absolutely blasting if you require although we felt compelled to reduce the base somewhat. Easy to adjust the controls for the picture and sound. The remote control is nearly as big as the set itself and easy to operate with batteries included. The tv isn't heavy at all and actually only takes the same amount of space up as the 15yr old 15" set it replaces. We were unable to get some local area channels but after trying the tv on a different aerial output in another room all the channels were indeed available so the fault wasn't with the set but with her aerial set up. NEGATIVES : We've only got 2 at this moment in time but they're basics for any set and it seems weird that her (now deceased) 15yr old set had them but not this new one. The first one is that although there is a programme guide (EPG button on remote) it only gives the current channel details so it's not of much use if you want to see what's on other channels without actually going on to those channels. You also need to keep finger tapping the buttons otherwise you've only got a matter of seconds to read it before even that disappears off screen. The second one is the lack of 'back' or 'return' button for returning to the last channel viewed. A bit of a pain if you enjoy switching between programmes or trying to watch 2 programmes at once which a lot of us do. This review is based on the basic TV function and not on its satellite or USB record functions which we haven't tried. If this TV was to have been her main viewing set rather than just for the kitchen we would have returned it based on the above negatives because they are (our view) so important. However, other than those negatives it's a great little set and I would recommend it.

This tv is nor responding to remote ,pressed button on tv below red light no go ,i have sent tv back to you today fri ,pluged tv into mains red light on nothing yours Leslie stewart

Product is ok en voldoet aan de beschrijving. De leverancier was schandalig. De doos met tv werd vanuit de bestelwagen op de straat gegooid. We gaven daaromtrent een opmerking en werden afgesnauwd met het volgende: “ wil je het pakket of niet?”
