I’m having success!
I don’t know about others, but for me, this stuff is working! I have IBS-C and had developed an insulin resistant metabolism, meaning I couldn’t lose weight no matter how hard I tried. This Berberine has jump-started my metabolism! I had to start slow, because it bothered my stomach, so I took half capsule in yogurt for a few days, but now I’m taking one capsule and no stomach issues. I’m so grateful! Great feeling having those belly fat pounds fall off.

Like metformin, but without the diarrhea!!
This helps keep my sugar in check. I take 2 before bed each night. I have been told by others that it's best to space it out and to take one with lunch and then another with dinner. For me, it works by taking 2 before bed. I try to take them at the same time every evening. I'm happy with these. I don't want to be chained to metformin. Plus, there's no diarrhea

This product definitely suppresses my appetite. I only take it once a day with my breakfast. I don't get hungry at all. I have to make myself eat and I get full quickly. I read that some people experience stomach issues so i take a probiotic with my dinner so it doesn't cancel the effects of the berberine during the day. The only down side is i still have sweet cravings. I've only been taking berberine for about 2 weeks so hopefully those cravings will disappear. I will still purchase again.

How can I take without swallowing the capsule
I love these they really do work but I can’t swallow them I have bad acid related they are extremely nasty when I open and mix them juice or anything please help me
