Ceiling Wall Mount - X Mount Suspension Trainer - For the Valkyrie Suspension Trainer - Available in White, Black and Grey

The reason i bought this was it was one of the few that had 4 securing holes - most have two. Three of these have been placed outside, at 9', 5' and ground level for resistance band work, into the brickwork of a 200 yr old house. Perhaps the 12mm screw bolts are overkill, but i thought i'd go for it anyway. Bear in mind if placing these low you'll need a socket set rather than a spanner to secure the lowest bolt.They're in place, in use and are rock solid. No more risking the bands over the backs of doors etc. A huge range of exercises are possible with the three positions - the lower one particularly good for legs, which often get short-changed when using a 'home gym' set up consisting of dumbells and a bench.

Strong, sturdy and well made at a great price. come supplied with fastenings for wood and concrete. I've bought a total of 4 of these to hang yoga swings, a hammock and a hanging chair all of which are securely mounted thanks to these things. One work of advice, if you want to use a carabiner to attach anything to them, make sure the opening is at least 20mm otherwise you'll struggle to get over the substantial bars. That gives me confidence in it's longevity so I count it as a plus.

Received this today. It is well made and strong, and mine was supplied with four holes and screws, not two as shown. I have installed it in the garage which has a solid concrete block wall, so used four rawlbolt concrete anchors instead of the supplied screws. Tried the Valkyrie suspension trainer and it definitely feels safely fixed, even when my 16 stone is swinging on it! Excellent anchor point and great value.

I got this to use with a non-Valkyrie suspension trainer I already had. I chose it because it has 4 fixing points which I thought would be safer! It still took a few holes drilled to find solid fixing points. It's up & seems solid. Unfortunately the suspension trainer clip doesn't go through the mount! (Yep, should have checked that before I fitted it!) I still like the mount and will find a solution!

Good product that hasn’t disappointed. I have read about the coach screws shearing while putting up though drilled pilot holes beforehand and waxed the threads. They went in withought bother. Remember coach screws are only made from mild steel so if you put too much pressure on them they will shear. Have now got my TRX set up and takes all my weight easily.

Bought for mounting TRX straps into the ceiling, beware you will need a big drill bit to fit it but was easy enough to fix to a ceiling beam and takes my weight easily

Easy installation. If your drilling in to brick I reccomened a 14mm drill bit. As it didn't give any instructions on what size to use.

Very good product and cheap. I expected light weight mount and cheap screws (i thought i would buy new ones in screwfix, however when it arrived in was truly surprised with the quality of it. It does the job and it looks good as well
