These work
These panties are not hi waisted, but they are high enough to stay in place. I wear shapewear over top of them. The paper fabric is soft on your skin and non irritating. They look silly, but are very functional and hold what happens overnight very well without leaks. During the day I add a replaceable line so I'm always fresh.

Finally a diaper that fits me!!
I’ve tried several brands and different sizes but these are the best by far. They are comfortable and the fit is perfect for me. All the others were saggy and not good under slacks. I will continue to purchase these.

Best disposal briefs for overnight incontinence on the market, bar none! I have tried many incontinence overnight defense disposal briefs over the years and always come back to Depends.... They are simply the best and the price is the most reasonable for the overnight incontinence feature. And they are well constructed and now they have added softness to the fabric the briefs are made of......Wow, simply the best. Highly recommended.

Not impressed😖
Really NOT all that impressed. Not keeping will Donateing. Size Runs SMALL in the XL & XXL; Except-Great Big Huge leg openings. Short from front to back, like "hip hugger" panties. Not easy to 1st get on with Limited mobility. Pulls up & down ok after getting on the first time. Material ok on skin. Heaviest padding/ nite used - ok, if not totally incontinent. (If your sphincter completely lets go, they WILL leak.). 3 stars - for at least working on having 2 larger sizes, material that is kind to skin, gathers/ pull ups. Over priced! I wish someone would make better QUALITY adult incontinent stuff😖

Leaks!
Not thrilled with these. I’ve just started wearing them due to not being able to keep from leaking at times. The one thing I hate about age, lol. These LEAK even with a little bit of leaking! So I’m still experimenting and looking for a better option. My aunt wore these years ago and she never leaked so…..
