As expected cases were brand new not second hand, I feel that should be clarified as I read a review that said they received used cases. Which nearly put me off buying. Have been using these cases for years now, little more expensive than your cheap average case but worth it for the quality, the disc stays in place better which means no scratches from excess movement like you get on cheaper cases.
