Most regular fit jeans sit at the waist. Does this one really sit below it?

Mine sit at the belly button, my natural waistline.

What color is Night Owl?

The "Night Owl" color is a dark blue. A bit darker than say Wrangler or Levi blue jeans. The color shown on the Amazon ad is close to the real color, at least on my monitor. I like the way these jeans fit. The ones I received have a slightly worn look on the thigh area of the jeans. They are holding up well and are comfortable with the stretch waistband.

Is there a way to select a particular size that isn't listed here?

Search the inter-web for a seller that lists the sizes they have in stock. If you have a large waist and short inseam, you can have them altered at a tailor shop or some dry cleaners if necessary.
