Helps getting rid of my belly
I've had a few too many pounds on my belly since hitting 40 and have not found a good way to get rid of them yet. This CLA supplement seems to do the trick and I've lost 5 pounds so far, and hoping for a few more. I also like that it helps with the immune system and makes me feel better in general!

Didn’t work for me
I didn’t see any change ! I use the treadmill and very light exercise , I also ate 1300 calories and I gained weight I didn’t loose 1 pound nore Did I loose inches!

Anti-inflammatory benefit
I was interested in losing a few pounds but also was curious about the anti-inflammatory benefits of this supplement. Everything is going as planned with my weight loss but i am also not getting those upset stomach problems anymore which is an added benefit for sure.

Finally losing the weight!
I have been trying to lose the baby weight after having my son a little over a year ago. I just can't seem to do it, I've been trying diet exercise and different supplements.
