Very good quality cilantro.
If you don’t use cilantro often, but when you do need it, you need it. I don’t use cilantro often so if I buy fresh cilantro, much of it spoils before I use it all. So, having a good quality dried cilantro is a must. Any time I get a whim to cook Mexican food or make salsa, I don’t need to go to the grocery store for fresh cilantro. I’ve used these dried cilantro flakes in taco meat. This container of dried cilantro is definitely a big container. The color is deep green, not ashy greenish brown as I’ve seen in other dried cilantro. The flakes are large… not powder as some other dried cilantro products are. This herb is very aromatic and smells fresh. Very few pieces of dried stems in the container. The Best Before date on the lid reads September 2026. So, it’s good for over 2 years. I’m very happy with the quality of this cilantro. There are no preservatives, no additives, non GMO, no artificial anything. Ingredients: Dried Cilantro Leaves. I’d definitely repurchase this brand and recommend.

No smell or taste.
There was not much difference in taste or smell on adding these dried cilantro flakes. Nothing like fresh cilantro. I guess I will grow my own cilantro . This was a disappointment.
