Well made knife
Itโs a cheap knife but it has been one of the best knives I have bought, I got it abt a year ago and I still use it everyday, it hold a edge very good, Iโm a kitchen manager so I do a lot of prep every day and I use this knife to cut fish & steak, I strop it abt every 3 weeks or so just to bring that edge bk,

Cuts through chicken like butter
It's now been like, what 7 months. (It's the first week of the following June) It's starting to dull for certain. So sooner than I feel it should have. But it was cheap. It doesn't glide through anymore. Still cuts really well though. I didn't cut anything but raw thawed chicken, and I do that 2-3 times per week. So math that out of you wanna. I've used this a few times now and I'm impressed so far. I had been cutting up my chicken breasts while mid thaw to make it easier but this slices through thawed chicken like it's nothing. We'll see how long that stays sharp. I've had this about a month now? I'll come back and leave another review later for longevity, though I'll also note that I very rarely actually use it, for one, as a single breast is a few meals and it's not the only thing I eat (just the only thing I use this knife for) and I don't use it for anything beyond already deboned meat. Though it did cut through some cartilage that was missed like butter, so there's that.

Donโt let the price fool you, quality boning knife
Holds its own against any of my expensive knives. Treat it like a one and it should last forever. It looks nice, has a handy leather shield and I would recommend getting an others in this line if I were in the market. Good enough for the discerning and affordable enough for those who are just starting to put together their kitchen.

Great prep knife, just the right size and weight. The knife is very sharp right out of the box

Thick blade
The quality of this knife is awesome. Great for deboning meat. 4 stars instead of 5 because of ergonomic issues. Itโs a heavy knife. When processing a lot of meat it gets heavy fast. If you are just make one meal and excellent knife. The size could have been an inch or two smaller for my liking. Flexibility I give it a 4 out of 10.

A chef in my own league
I thought based on the price this knife would not stand up to my expectations but it did. Worth the cost and more, has weight to it, so am sure it is very durable. option of different length, comfortable to hold. Carving meat and even de-skin a salmon just became a walk in the park. With proper care I know this will last me a long time.
