I installed this LED strip to my TV stand, and it completely transformed the setup. The color-chasing effects look amazing and the lights actually “dance” in sync with the music and sound coming from the TV, which is really impressive. The app is easy to use, and music mode works perfectly without any lag. The strip is bright, flexible, and was easy to install along the TV stand.

I was looking for accent lights to put on the top of my covered patio. I wanted lights that would add a little fun and color for different events throughout the year. I’m so happy I found this set of string lights because they’re brighter and more consistent than other LED string lights I’ve had in the past. Set up was super simple with a plug-in play design. The functionality is great and the value for the money is perfect. I have these taped down which is holding outside so far. I assume I’ll need to add additional adhesive at a later time. I like the ability to control these via a remote or an app. Since these will be outside, they will be exposed to the elements a bit however they will be covered with limited water exposure. These are great so far I’m excited for many more nights with these.

It appears that the ribbon cable can only be bent fold and backwards similar to the way it is on the roll that it is delivered on. It cannot be bent sideways, which intern appears to break the membrane inside and they will not work.

Amazing product

The included power supply has a max output of 86w, which makes sense when you turn this strip up to high. Pros: -Bright. You will not have any issues with lighting in any direction, and it's adjustable. -Ease of use. The strip stuck well to the pained wood and the cuttable strip made getting the exact length I needed (19ft) very easy. The kits to reconnect strips or to make sections is also very nice, though I did not buy and test that. -Controller. The presets are so numerous in terms of effects, and you can get further details and control over them on the app. -App. I personally do not want to use a smart home assistant, so I am glad I did not have to sign in or make an account to control my device. The app allows you to take further control of the effects and even change the directions of the lights, as shown I the video. Cons: -gets dim but still lights up a room on its lowest setting, which may be too much for those who want to put this in their room but have it still be semi dark -if you want a color like orange or pink, you will need to download the app. Colors outside the main 6 are hard to achieve but doable. However, the full RGB spectrum isnt fully present. Possible flaws -adhesive backing longevity. Only time will tell how long they last. -light longevity. We do not plan on having these on 24/7, so hopefully we do not experience any burn out.

Insanely great quality, super efficient and overall just clean aesthetic light solution. I had the cheap LEDs before hand and these upgraded my space times 10 full. Adhesive is perfect and durable. Alexa Smart hub sync is seamless. And the overall BRIGHTNESS is insane. I didn’t realize how strong these lights could actually get, but they definitely do the trick. The effects and colors are are very nice as well. Also comes with a remote to control however, I just use the Alexa aspect of it. These seamless light strips VS the LED dots make a huge huge difference in the overall aesthetic. I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase.

These are the lights you want, nice and speaks and modern. Pair this with diffusers and your project will look amazing. Will say one thing that bugs me, is if you have more than one in the house, it will mess with the others if in range. Maybe it’s me who has to re wire it a different way but not sure. (NOTE: when I say rewire, essentially buy like distributors and connectors to like do something custom, they come out the box already ready to plug in.)

works great, easy installed

Absolutely garbage. They are so ridiculously fragile. The also don't work worth a crap once you cut them to for your tv/corners. Even soldered directly to the actual strip and not using corner connectors, they still will not work reliably. If course, this all happened after I cut them to place around my TV. They just absolutely refuse to work with any connector/soldered directly to the strip at any point they were cut, on any length. Zero. Also, the transition from color to color was really choppy. It's jiggered along vs being a smooth transition. I was only planning on using them as a solid color but man, for 85$ these are crap.
